Brilliant 3 day stay here. Great location overlooking the canal. Perfect balance between being close to the centre without noise or hustle and bustle. The place was clean and modern with nice touches such as coffee machine and plenty of different types of teas. Really appreciated the wine and beers left as a welcome gift- was a very nice touch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A beautiful accommodation, fantastically quiet and rural, yet close to Amsterdam. The house is a dream😍, Albert a very nice landlord.

Very clean and spacious. The only thing to be aware of the stairs leading up to the unit are very narrow. So not advisable for people with knee problems. But other than that awesome place, had all the amenities. Quicho was a great host and very helpful. We had underestimated the weather and it was colder than we thought. Quicho had lots of beanies which he let us borrow and that helped a lot.

We had a great stay at the flat! It was two separate spaces which made it perfect for our family. The flat was very filled with what we needed, clean, and a great location- very walkable! Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He let us drop off luggage before check in which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future!

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

We really enjoyed our experience here, especially Erik's communication prior to our arrival, the flexible early availability, and the place itself.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and it felt really special to stay somewhere so beautiful. The view from the window, across the canal made it extra special. Lots to see and do within walking distance, with excellent places to eat or just stop off for coffee and a cake. Our host was really helpful and check in and check out was seamless. Would absolutely recommend.

Great location, with lots of restaurants and other amenities around. Tomas and Jesus are also very responsive to any issues or requests. This is a great place for a short stay in the heart of the city!

I can honestly say that this has been the loveliest stay I had in an Airbnb. The place feels like home right away. Sometimes you’ll be welcomed by two lovely very friendly and playful cats when get to the reception. The place is clean, and looks as good as the photos and even better. The best was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you needed. There’s a wide collection of teas that I really enjoyed as well. Yes there’s no kitchen but I don’t think it’s really needed. The location of the apartment is so perfect. It’s near everything you’d need. There are many nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants very close by. I’d really consider coming back to Everts place next time I come to Amsterdam.

Cozy spot from which to explore Amsterdam! Felt part of the community and easy to walk or get public transport to visit other parts of the city. Madelinde’s place felt private and safe and was perfect for our visit and communication and support were terrific.

The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

Jessica and her partner were very proactive and we were greeted the minute we parked the car. They live right next door. The apartment was immaculate and the views are stunning. Also good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Outstanding stay at Huis Roomolen! Henri & Mel were terrific, kind, and very responsive hosts ~ they assisted us with bike rentals nearby, loads of dining options, and a fully stocked studio for our brief time in Amsterdam. The studio itself is in a beautiful, quaint, and very safe area of the city, just blocks from many canals. The studio was impeccably clean, the terrace is lovely, as are the fish and greenery; and the bonus breakfast goodies made for such a relaxing morning before touring around. We highly recommend and would absolutely return! Thank you again, Mel & Henri, for a fabulous stay!

A pleasure to stay here. Much better than a hotel. Felt like home from home. As a result of a great stay, will come back again with my wife. So close to the centre but also perfectly set a little away. Great restaurants, bakery and bars nearby. A great place for taking a run each day and of course, pick up a bike and take a ride.
