The house is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view and charming, character-filled interiors. It's located in a lovely and central area of Amsterdam, making it perfect for exploring the city. A big thank you to the host for the warm hospitality! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Just one note—while it wasn’t an issue for me, the staircase leading up to the apartment is quite steep and long, which might be a challenge for some. Other than that, everything was simply wonderful.

Had a great stay at Francesca's place in Amsterdam. We felt at home right away and the neighbourhood had everything we needed - grocery store, coffee, shops, tram to Central Amsterdam or the train station to get to other cities. The apartment is just what the listing shows - large, bright and comfortable. We felt like locals from the moment we arrived until we got on the tram to head to the airport.

Great spot in a really fun neighborhood! Right by Ten Katemarkt, with tons of cool cafes, bars, and food options nearby. Super easy to get around the city from here — trams close by and lots within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Bright, cozy, and felt like home right away. Check-in was smooth and the host was easy to communicate with throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

We’d 100% go back to that same Airbnb next time we go to Amsterdam. Walking distance from our fav soeciality coffee and brunch places, super cute street, easy access (Amsterdam usually has a lot of stairs and this felt like a massive suite that you directly walked into without any steps).

We had a wonderful visit to Amsterdam with our 18 and 20 year old sons. The space was ideal - walkable to everything the city had to offer, beautifully decorated, lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed being able to look out over the canal and watch the bikes fly by below. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and greatly appreciated.

Bram nos recibió super bien, muy agradable, siempre contesto nuestras dudas rápido y nos mostró el departamento que es tal cual se lo ve en las fotos. Una ubicación ideal, cerca de bares y frente a un supermercado. Las camas y el sillón del living super cómodos. El departamento está en un 3er piso, así que hay que subir por escaleras hasta allá, pero vale la pena, está impecable, como nuevo.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel2Stay à Amsterdam et je lui mets 5 étoiles. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté des transports en commun, ce qui facilite vraiment les déplacements dans la ville. Il y a des options de restaurants et d’épiceries à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était confortable, propre et calme, parfaite pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. En résumé, je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement pratique, le confort de ses chambres, la gentillesse du personnel et la présence de restaurants et d’épiceries à proximité. Idéal pour un séjour à Amsterdam !

Fantastisch appartement op een heel goede locatie. En ondanks dat je in het hartje van het centrum zit, hartstikke rustig! Het appartement voelt huiselijk aan en heeft alles wat wij nodig hadden. Douwe is een geweldige gastheer, die indien gewenst veel tips voor activiteiten heeft. En we hebben hartelijk met hem gelachen. Er is geen twijfel, dat we hier nog eens terugkomen.

Location is ideal - in a lively area but off the main street. Check in and out were easy. Ela is quick to respond. Balcony off the bedroom was so lovely! Would recommend!

A wonderful stay at Mike's place. The apartment is modern yet somehow quite eclectic. The location is perfect - you fall out to some great places to eat and drink that are all a few minutes walk from the apartment. I would highly recommend it.

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

Just spent a few days in Amsterdam with my partner to celebrate his 40th birthday with 2 of our friends. Floris is an amazing host - very friendly, informative, great recommendations and advice and replies so speedy quick and always very polite responses. Floris' apartment is absolutely beautiful, in such a peaceful area. It was perfect for 2 couples as a base for exploring the city and had so many touches of personality which was lovely to see. The weather was very rainy during our visit (we're scottish so that doesn't bother us haha!) but Floris gave us a heads up before arriving and had a variety of umbrellas to borrow for the day. We have already recommended to friends for future trips. Thank you Floris, you're a 5 star host and a lovely human being to go along with it! ⭐️

Malo and Maarten were excellent hosts who met us on arrival and showed us around their very well-appointed and well-stocked home. Their place has everything you could possibly need or even think about needing such that we didn't even need to contact them for anything during our stay. The personal touches made it even better. We felt right at home in their beautifully designed home and were able to access the entire city easily from this location. We definitely recommend Blueprint B&B 100%!

Ich war eine Woche in Saskias Wohnung in Amsterdam und hatte eine großartige Zeit. Die Lage ist super zentral – viele Bars und Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe. Abends kann es dadurch etwas lauter werden, aber das hat mich nicht gestört und war völlig okay. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders schön: Der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft bereits mit Snacks und Getränken gefüllt – eine sehr nette Überraschung! Saskia ist eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Luba was a very communicative and friendly host. The flat was absolutely beautiful—probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at Johanneke‘s place. Immediately as you walk out the front door, you are in Ten Kate Mart with tons of food stalls lining the street. Just 3min walk away is Foodhallen, where you’ll find a local artisans market plus food and drink options that are open late into the evening. The neighborhood was vibrant during the day and early evening but still felt private and I enjoyed having a quiet place with a beautiful and serene backyard. It was very easy to walk to public transit should I choose to take the tram, or could easily to Vondelpark or Jordaan neighborhood to see more sites. Johanneke was a great host and very proactive with information and checking in. I would book her place again and again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Das erste AirBnB, das sich für mich wie ein richtiges zuhause angefühlt hat. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe drin. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man in einem Märchenhaus gewesen ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, um für ein Wochenende abzuschalten. 30 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Zandvoort und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Harlem. Ich war von Harlem auch sehr überrascht, da es für mich wie eine bessere Version von Amsterdam angefühlt hat.

We lived at Frank's place for 3 nights, everything was as described, clean and orderly! The checkin was really nice, easy and he was flexible with the time👌 Nothing else to say that this was a perfect place to stay if you are interested in seeing Amsterdam. And if you want to make food there and have a relaxing evening, you have everything you need. So i will say that you can have a relaxing and safe stay at Frank's place! 10/10⭐️

Stayed here for 3 days, and had the best time ever! A beautiful apartment which caters for everything you need. Sina is a great host who knows exactly what he's doing! The Shower, Jacuzzi and Sauna are amazing by the way!
