truly a home from home it has every thing from airfryer to washing machine. Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Sue & Pete were really great, answering questions promptly and being flexible so we could maximise our visit to Glastonbudget. Accommodation was exactly as described and was really clean and had everything needed for a stay. Would recommend and will be back when next in the area.

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

The room was very comfortable and quiet with a lovely village outlook. It was very convenient for our one night stopover. Rebecca was a friendly host who cooked us a delicious breakfast.

Robert is an excellent host who responded promptly. I had to work late on my first day and Robert arranged a flexible check in. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, small fridge in room and convenient microwave in common room next door. En suite shower and toilet very convenient. Highly recommended

On our first visit to the area and first use of airbnb we chose to stay at The Bulls Head Hartshorne enticed by the price, photographs and reviews. The pub was easy to find with ample parking. We were greeted by David who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay, assisting in the arrangement of taxis to and from a local gastro tapas bar. We had a fabulous lunch before returning to the pub to then have an equally fabulous evening meal. Beccy, the host, greeted us and engaged with us in a lengthy chat about mutual interests that added to the overall enjoyment of our short stay. Both she and David (who works for Beccy) provided a warm and welcoming experience so often lacking in larger B&B/guest house establishments. The room was exactly as described allowing for a restful nights sleep before a huge full English breakfast to set us up for our journey home. We will definitely be returning.

An excellent choice for accomodation when visiting Nottingham and the surrounding area. Very friendly hosts made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend.

I only spent one night here and I am already missing it. Everything you need is provided for you and more if needed. The Hosts are very nice people and will do anything you need for that perfect night. 10/10 and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely airbnb in Old Dalby. I had limited phone signal when I arrived so be sure to check the check-in details ahead of time. But easy enough to check in once I had this sorted. Pritesh had great communication and was friendly but gave us our own space and wasn't intrusive at all. Airbnb was extremely tidy and clean when we arrived, and there was a welcome message on the chalkboard in the kitchen for us which was a nice touch. Comfy bed and we slept well. Internet wasn't the fastest but was fine for personal use, maybe not if you were working online or doing video calls/streaming. Old Dalby village charmed us, and we enjoyed a lovely walk to Old Dalby wood to the south. Unfortunately I managed to forget my bluetooth headphones when we left, but Pritesh was happy to post them back to me. An excellent host and great airbnb. We will be back if we're in the area again!

Very clean and comfortable. Compact but everything that you need for a lovely stay. Wee extras were a bonus, breakfast cereal, milk, orange juice, it just added to the experience.

Airbnb had put the wrong address details on the listing. Bill had emailed me beforehand so we had his phone number. He was brilliant and gave us the correct address and postcode. He was waiting outside to direct us when we got there. Accommodate was brilliant and if anything I think Bill has not charged enough. Everything you want is there including a selection of toiletries. This accommodation is only 5 miles from our relations so would definitely us this again

We stayed here for a wedding at the local church - location was perfect! The accommodation was clean, cosy and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Nook. Rachel was a great host, very helpful and responsive, and the space was just what we needed.

We stayed at The Whistle Stop whilst attending a family wedding in Bottesford. This was a perfect base for us, home from home. Clean, tidy and well furnished. Lovely little touches, tea/coffee, biscuits etc. Information provided on local area, helpful for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much

What a truly amazing place to stay. As soon as we arrived we really felt at home. The house and the surroundings are absolutely mint. Paul and Nicky were so friendly and were always on hand if we had any questions. If looking for somewhere in this area I’d 100% recommend this place

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. You will never find anything as pristine. Andrew was totally responsive, helpful and let us have an early check in which was most appreciated. I came with two adult daughters and a 1 year old. We absolutely loved the gorgeous warm hot tub and fluffy dressing gowns and slippers provided when little one was sleeping. We could use her monitor too outside. We ate all our meals in the garden and it was a bonus having our cars right outside with doors open to cool them. Every type of glass was in the kitchen along with everything you need of high quality. We loved the hot chocolate and coffees in the machine. Plus every type of tea. Andrew and his wife left us cakes, Prosecco, bread and farm products for our stay. Such a lovely treat. As you can gather so appreciated the luxurious barn. Within 20 minutes was Conkers for the little one. We did Twycroft Zoo 18 mins easy drive and Tropical Birdland 7 mins. Playpark at Newbold amazing all ages

Host and her husband were great and very accommodating and happy to answer any questions, great communication. Home was clean and had everything we could have asked for, ironing board, shower wash, breakfast, condiments etc. Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending and the host helped us out with details of local taxi companies

A lovely place to stay - perfect as a base for our weekend. Really relaxed atmosphere in the property - Lindsay greeted us and is a charming host. Local pub and tea room are close and a nice treat. Morning coffee on the balcony at the property watching the sheep across the road was a special moment.

I recently stayed in Room No. 1, hosted by Ryan, and overall, it was a good experience. While the room was a bit noisy at times, Ryan's kindness and helpfulness truly made up for it. He was very informative and ensured that I had everything I needed, providing excellent local recommendations.

The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really good mattress, super clean room and ensuite. Shared facilities also very good. Great location as it is a short walk from all amenities. I highly recommand it.
