Family-friendly holiday rentals in Leeds

Firstly I like to thank emma for how accommodating you've been during our say. You couldn't do enough for us. and it didn't go unnoticed. we'd love to come back once the play barn has had its makeover. my only suggestion would be you get a pop up gazebo for over the hottub. With this coming at a additional cost and not been able to use it during the first night £60 seemed a little steep for the rental. But i do appreciate you don't control the weather. A pop up gazebo would have meant we could have used it both days. p.s thank you for posting back the things my kids left. buying them easter eggs and marshmallows for the fire pit. thank you

Amazing host who went above and beyond by decorating the place with happy birthday banners and balloons for my Mums stay for her 60th birthday. The place has so much character and is in such a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at Sonia's place, the cottage was beautiful and was perfect for our family to stay over New Year. There was lots to do in the area and the cottage was in a great location. The hot tub was a fab addition in the frosty weather! Communication with Sonia was good and quick. Thank you! 😊

Our stay was perfect. Very beautiful home. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the house was just beautiful, every room was immaculate and we felt very lucky to have such a grand home to ourselves. We will 100% be returning and telling our friends and family about this amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! Myself, my husband, our two boys & dog absolutely loved our short stay! It was exactly as described. Richard was very helpful and nearby if we needed anything. Very peaceful location but not too far from the things you need. Lots to do nearby but also plenty to do at the location with the hot tub / BBQ / fire pit. It was just the break we needed! Thank you!

We felt at home straight away. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the bed comfy too. Parking was easy on the road outside the cottage and the cottage location is 2 minutes to nearest pub for food and drink. A local shop also in walking distance. The milk tea and coffee provided was very nice to have when we arrived. All in all a lovely stay and just as advertised. Jeff kept in contact but we had no issues. Our 2 little dogs were happy downstairs in their beds, no garden for the dogs but the front gate was latched so we could leave the door open.

We really enjoyed our time at the cottage. Selena, Pete and family were really nice. We enjoyed watching the chickens and all the wildlife getting along in harmony. The river walk to York is just a stone throw away from the cottage, which meant we didn't have to use the car or public transport.

The flat was immaculate. Avril was very welcoming and helpful.

We felt very much at home here. Absolutely beautiful and well renovated home nestled in the gorgeous Yorkshire landscape. One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, we would have loved to stay longer if we’d had more available time. Thanks for making us feel so at ease xx

Would highly recommend to anyone! Pauline & Graham are lovely and helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. Their woodlands are a real treat, we were lucky enough to be there with sunny weather and we were free to have a picnic whenever we wanted to, an offer we gratefully accepted - we spent a lovely sunny afternoon reading and drinking tea there. Pauline & Graham are very passionate about the woodlands, their bees and the wildlife and told us about the owls, hedgehogs, foxes that occasionally visit their property. Their gentle dog Barney is a legend and loves to be pet.

Colin's place was lovely, we felt right at home! Loved all the quirky collections around the house. Everything in the house was clearly thought out especially the binder! It had everything from house manuals to places to eat and explore around Thurlstone/Penistone. The location was an ideal base for nature walks/hikes as it's only a few steps from trans-penine trail. It was lovely to meet Colin on our way out too!

We had a lovely overnight stay in the cottage. Everything was clean and welcoming inside. Such a peaceful and beautiful setting, with excellent dog walking nearby. Jane was a great host - we will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Sarah was friendly, super helpful and very responsive. The cottage was clean, had lovely views and the beds were very comfy!

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Had an amazing weekend at Rachael's caravan, this was our second visit and we 100% plan on coming again. Rachael is a wonderful host who is easy to contact and she takes pride in her beautiful caravan. The caravan was extremely clean, comfortable and very homely, as the weather was warm we spent most of our time outside on the decking which had plenty of seating space and the hot tub was a great added extra enjoyed mostly by the kids. There was plenty to do onsite including the swimming pool, a private dog park where you can let your doggos off lead and play. The staff at the main reception were friendly and helpful and the bar area was clean with lots food and drink options. We would highly recommend coming to stay at Serendipity and we will be visiting again.

We loved our time here, surrounded by nature - and lovely isolated place for a reset. Hoping to come back at some point, possibly for a winter getaway. Everything was dead easy - parking, self check-in, location, lodge itself, just very easy and homely. Highly recommended.

This was the fifth time we've stayed here. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. Great having the animals around and fab views from the hut. You'll be spoilt for choice of the number of walks straight from the far. John is a great host, he always pops by to say hello and check in. We'll definitely be back.

This was our second stay at Eider Cottage, we came for a mini break in the autumn a couple of years ago and it was lovely to see it in a sunnier season! The cottage is spotless and cosy, and well equipped. Really comfy bed which was perfect after hilly walks around the area and relaxing in the hot tub. Angela and her team are really responsive and friendly, if we had had any issues I know they would have sorted it but everything was grand. Thank you!

A beautiful cottage in an amazing area. we walked most days and did bot require the car all that much. we walkedto 4 local villages...visiting The Ablingdon Arms at Beckley on a few occasions. Our doggo was super happy in the cottage as were we! Cosy nights watching TV in the living room to big breakfasts around the dining table...and yhe odd midday nap. There has been alot of thought put into this place by the owners and it shows!
