Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

What a fantastic holiday we had here! Giovanni is a great host, he gave good tips on what to do in the area and also what the good restaurants are. The best restaurant is without a doubt Giovanni's Spritz-house. In addition to a delicious welcome drink, Giovanni also regularly hosts a dinner for the guests here. And he really delights you. Delicious food, coziness and a nice ice cold limoncello at the end. The apartment has all the comforts and cozy, homely furnishings so you feel right at home here. And the view…. Magical! We highly recommend this accommodation!

Comfortable and clean place with a spectacular view of Lake Como. We had our own parking space which is a must around the lake. We took the bus up to Bellagio one day. Nice seafood restaurant next door. We ate there 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The apartment is amazing, with beautiful views. Maurizio was a super helpful host and was really clear prior to booking about the building works next door. They didn't effect our stay at all in the 3 days there was barely any noise (i think most the major construction is complete anyway). Maurizio gave us some lovely recommendations and with a car it's really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Tucked into the stunning Verzasca Valley, this cozy stay was a peaceful gem. The views were incredible, and the room was spotless and comfy. We were only there for one night, but it left a lasting impression—would happily return!

Great for big families with children. Very clean quit place. Walkable distance from lake, local restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time, children loved staying there. My 6 years old child decided to buy that exact house when he grows up :)

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s place! It was in a beautiful location, close enough to Bellagio to get there by bike but far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the lake. Great local spots around & a private beach area. Couldn’t recommend enough! Francesca is so kind and hospitable!

we had a wonderful stay at Emanuele's and Lucia's. the apartment is even better than the photos, very well equipped and nicely furnished. the views from the upstairs windows and the garden are spectacular, and worth paying for. we spent a lot of time in the garden as we found it a tranquil spot away from the busy central area. there are some shops within walking distance which had everything we needed, including a very nice cheese shop. be aware walking around includes some very steep hills, although the views make it worth it. our hosts gave great local recommendations and helped with transport to the bus station which was so helpful especially in the heat. overall we would highly recommend this place, it is very special.

Wonderful place to stay! We have visited Lake Como many times but this was our favorite place to stay for our three week visit. It had everything you would need for a long visit and the view took our breath away! Claudia was so helpful and available for any thing we asked her about. Highly recommend it!

Any closer to the lake and you’d be wet. The views are spectacular, Varenna is an easy walk or the train station is across the road. (and up a bit, you can’t hear it) Rindo met us on arrival and gave us some good food recommendations. Comfortable bed, typical Italian electrics and a great place to watch the world go by. The car park is a bonus, if it becomes an option, I’d take it.

Yvonne welcomed us and showed us into the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The view from the bedroom and the terrace to the lake was beautiful. We also received good tips for excursions. Information material was also available in the accommodation.

It would be a sin to write anything bad about the host and the place he offers. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and it was very difficult to find a parking space, but Francesca found us and offered a private underground parking, so we drove around the area stress-free. Francesca is a very nice, cordial person who explained everything to us in detail, transport, where to shop, places worth visiting, so we could focus more on relaxation. As for the place of stay, I will say honestly, despite the beautiful surroundings, it felt so good there that sometimes it was hard to leave😀. Clean, neat, the house is decorated in a very stylish way. Coffee on the balcony in the morning, pure pleasure. The beach is a 5-minute walk, the garage is 3 minutes, so you can go without a plan, because even if you suddenly change your mind, it does not involve tedious planning. The area is a fairy tale! The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

We spent 7 nights in Chiara's apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is spacious and was super clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we lacked nothing in the bathroom. We were able to park our bicycles in a lockable room without any problems. You can't reach the accommodation directly by car, so you should take note of this. The terrace is great with a fantastic view. Chiara helped us at all times and was always available. Privacy in the accommodation is absolutely guaranteed and invites you to relax. The train station and the lake are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. We would book again anytime. We had a great vacation at Gabriele's place. A great Airbnb with lots of charm and lovingly furnished. Many additional blankets and pillows available. We felt very comfortable. Gabriele was very helpful and open to all questions, which he answered very quickly. We only have suggestions for improvement for the shower cubicle. The location is great, and the view in the morning, on the balcony is indescribable. Simply fantastic!
