Holiday rentals with a patio in Lea-Artibai

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the Gros neighborhood of San Sebastián. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. The apartment faces inside and it's very quiet. The roll-down shades make the apartment really dark which is great for sleeping. The apartment has an open setup so there's lots of room in the kitchen area. The apartment is located in the 1st floor which makes it easy to walk up but there's also an elevator. The place is located close to the beach (~10 minute walk) but there's no "direct access" per se as mentioned on the listing. The apartment has both a dish washer and a laundry washing machine which is very useful.

Lovely village. Excellent metro to Bilbao. Easy walking access to shops & town. Close to beach. Everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay with the beautiful garden. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and flexible. Only some more plates and cutlery would be helpful to cook at the accommodation for 5 people. Would definitely recommend for your stay in bilbao :)

I had a great time at Borja’s apartment! Lots of things to do in the area. Old town close by with the Plaza Nueva at the center. A lot of awesome pintxo bars in the area. Bilbao is very nice city. Highly recommend it.

Incredible accommodation. We were my wife and two little daughters and the truth that I had everything I needed to be very comfortable. Amazing situation and unbeatable views. We were very lucky in the weather and were able to have breakfast every day on the terrace overlooking the sea. We'll be back for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely wonderful place! The photos only capture a fraction of the feeling you get when you're actually there, gazing at the ocean all day long. We couldn’t take our eyes off the view - it’s simply mesmerizing. If you love surfing, this is the perfect spot. You can literally check the conditions from the comfort of the sofa, coffee in hand. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are some great restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store just a short drive (or bus ride) away. Maria, Iñigo, and Sonia were incredibly kind and attentive—always available and going above and beyond. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful week at Maria’s place! The house was perfect – clean, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for us and our two toddlers. Everything we needed was there, and we felt at home from the very beginning. The location was great, and communication with Maria was always friendly and easy. This house is beautiful. It is a gracious, older home with high ceilings, wood floors, and a beautiful staircase. The house was well-furnished with modern pieces accenting the traditional spaces. The whole house felt spacious and airy. The garden is lovely. One of the things not mentioned in the listing is that the back garden gate opens up to a beautiful park overlooking the river. On our first morning, we went out and just started walking. The path leads to a walk that goes around the walls of the old city. It was a slightly rainy day, so the walk was misty and had a romantic feeling. The check-in was also wonderful. The owner’s daughters were there when we arrived. They were, kind, hospitable, and told us all that we needed to know about the house. It was nice to receive a warm welcome. The house is within easy walking distance to the main plaza, the old town, and most of the sites one would want to see. Perfect! Thank you, Ignacio!

Mikel was very responsive and met us outside to drive with us into the car parking and to show us around the property.The apartment is as listed and is a short bus or subway drive to the center of Bilbao. Would highly recommended this property.

We travel with family, marriage and two teenagers, the palm house met all our expectations, the host, whenever needed was attentive. The impeccable cleanliness, living room and living area very spacious and comfortable. All very well equipped, kitchen with ample kitchen, full bathrooms. The home clothes, linens, and towels are spotless. Very nice views. Highly recommended.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great point in favor!

Lovely place, very rural. Peaceful and house is fully equipped with anything you need. Barbara and her husband are lovely and we met their dog talula who was very sweet. A lovely trip!
