Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

We had a great time with the family in Sylvia's house. She was proactive and provided us with all the information we needed for a great week. The house was very nice for a family with several children (childcare equipment and toys/games available). It has been renovated and furnished with lots of charm! The exteriors are also very pleasant with different spaces such as the terrace with garden furniture which we enjoyed despite our stay in December.

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very stylish and refined. Quality furniture.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Delighted by this week of vacation spent in the spacious, well-equipped and warm accommodation offered by Francine and Emmanuel. The calm and beautiful setting of their home is undoubtedly what we will remember from our stay. Their warm welcome at check-in and check-out and their discretion during the stay as well. The evenings are sweet and pleasant and the living is good at the Villa des Roses. Ideal for completely disconnecting. A property to remember and recommend without a second thought.

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

Coralie's house is a true haven of peace in which we spent incredible moments by the pool, in a quiet and peaceful environment, surrounded by beautiful nature. Coralie is a caring and accommodating host. Thank you for the sweet memories and for the beauty of this place, we will come back with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully maintained and equipped with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive and a great communicator, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

We and our young daughters enjoyed a wonderful week at Martine's beautiful house. There was plenty of space in the lovely gardens for the girls to roam (often followed by Osky, the very friendly German shepherd.) Martine was the consummate host; it’s clear she takes great pride in the property, with thoughtful touches throughout. She was also very kind in letting the girls “help” her as she gardened, which they absolutely loved. The location is fantastic - a scenic walk into Cotignac and lots to explore within a 30 minute drive. Thank you again, Martine. We hope to return soon!

Very beautiful and modern house. Our stay went very well. The house is located in a quiet area where birds chirping is heard. Chantal (Jeremy's mom) was very kind. We recommend this stay!

Great place, my family and I stayed over for two nights and had a blast. The place was cozy, decorated with taste, clean and very relaxing. The house had all the advertised amenities and was perfect for our family with young kids. Céline was very responsive and available for anything we needed. we totally recommend the stay.

Despite a short stay , the house matched the description and our expectations . Exceptionally clean , well decorated, well-arranged, well-equipped and well exposed home. Perfect calm, very good bedding. Excellent linen. Nicolas is very attentive and responds very quickly to our messages. In short, it would have taken us more days to fully enjoy it, we will definitely be coming back.

We have had a very pleasant stay. Françoise was very available, and answered almost all our questions immediately. The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Every morning the pool was cleaned, which is certainly a plus. A large carrefour for shopping is a fifteen-minute drive away. Everything is present for a relaxing and successful holiday. Since Claude himself lives in the accommodation, he was immediately present when we arrived. The place was as described, clean, pleasant decor and provided a stunning view. The well-kept property, the very clean pool, a feast for the eyes. There were always new plant species to discover. The departure was warm and uncomplicated.

Wonderful stay at the Bastidon! Between authenticity and comfort, in an environment in the heart of nature, everything was perfect. There is so much to discover. So, we'll have to come back. Especially since Michèle is a welcoming and endearing person. Thank you a thousand times for this precious interlude.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 nights. It was very relaxing and very nice and quiet. Thanks to the great guidebook, which the hosts have left on the listing, you have great tips for excursions and restaurants, even directly in Bras. We had a terrace right in front of the apartment where we had breakfast in the morning in the sun. Wonderful! Simone was very nice and accommodating and we felt at home at your place. We had a wonderful stay in this stunning, fully renovated home. Everything is thought out for comfort: the spaces are spacious, the decoration is of very good taste, and you immediately feel good there. Special mention for the kitchen, really very well equipped, and the bedding, super comfortable! The heated pool is a real plus, especially at the beginning of the season. A big thank you to Lucie and Olivier for their warm welcome and availability throughout the stay. They were able to answer all our questions with kindness and responsiveness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cotignac. The house and the grounds are beautiful, well equipped, tasteful and comfortable. We appreciated being able to walk down to the beautiful village and all it had to offer. We also took advantage of the walking information in the house to explore the stunning countryside. The weather was very hot and we certainly benefited from being able to cool down in the swimming pool.

We had a wonderful time. Magali and Margaret were so helpful and friendly, we felt completely at home. The house is simply incredible, even more beautiful than it already is in the photos. Nothing is missing, it is so spacious, perfect down to the last detail and superbly equipped. The garden and the pool are also a dream, as is the river very close to the house. What you need to know, but what is also in the description: The house is quite secluded - this allowed us to see deer in the garden in the morning and hear only the sounds of nature.
