A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

Nous avons été très heureuses de séjourner dans le logement proposé par Yves. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. La vue y est magnifique sur la mer et le massif de l'Esterel. L'accueil de Yves était très chaleureux et prévenant. Et la localisation, idéale pour découvrir les environs!

Séjour parfait. La Villa d'Isa est très joliment aménagée, d'une propreté impeccable, avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bains pour se sentir comme chez soi. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Isabelle a été d'une grande flexibilité par rapport à notre arrivée (à 2h du matin après quelques mésaventures), ses explications pour arriver au logement étaient très claires. Elle est très réactive et soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes, elle est même venue nous apporter des cafés le matin suite à la défection subite de la cafetière. Nous ne sommes restés qu'un week-end, mais la maison est parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour plus long.

This new modern villa in Saint-Raphaël is a perfect getaway. The design is sleek and stylish, with bright, open spaces, high ceilings, and tasteful, modern decor. It has all the amenities listed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with blackout shutters, and an en-suite bathroom which was perfect for our group of seven girls getting ready! The private pool is a true highlight, it was clean and surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor area also had a shaded dining space and loungers. Greg, the host, was fantastic! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. He made check-in smooth and even allowed us flexible arrival time which was a huge help with an early morning flight. This villa is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Saint Raphael! Thanks again to Greg, highly recommend!!

J'ai passé une nuit dans ce charmant studio, au calme, sur une colline, avec une très jolie vue. Voyageant seule, ce studio était parfait et très "sécure". Parking juste devant le studio. Je reviendrai ,-) Merci Brigitte pour votre accueil

Nous étions à 5mn de voiture de l'endroit où est logé notre fils, idéal pour nous, cela nous a permis de le voir souvent. Nous avons eu une appréhension car le cœur de ville est assez passager mais nous avons très bien dormi, la literie est top.

Fabienne est une hôte très agréable, le logement était extrêmement propre et très bien pensé et équipé. Plein de petites attentions également ce qui est toujours apprécié. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci beaucoup !

Un super séjour chez Camille ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : propre, bien entretenu, et très agréable à vivre. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Malgré une réservation faite le jour même, Camille a été très réactive et accueillante, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Nous recommandons chaleureusement son logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente

Pierre's place in Chateaudouble is absolutely what I hoped for and exactly as marketed. It is quaint, charming, well-equipped, and so incredibly French. The views outside the appartment windows are breathtaking. I adored my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who loves the Var but doesn't want to live in the hubub of nearby touristy towns. As a host, Pierre could not have been more helpful and was always quick to respond to a query or to offer suggestions when I wanted them.

De accomodatie van Martin is perfect van ligging voor daguitstapjes zowel naar de bergen als naar de zee. Het uitzicht is adembenemend en Martin is super gastvrij. Hij gaf ons geweldige tips en geen enkele vraag was hem teveel. Top host en top verblijf!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Très bon séjour dans un appartement refait à neuf et très bien équipé :) Résidence sécurisée à cinq minutes à pied du centre de Sainte Maxime et de sa plage. Au pied d'un cours d'eau avec possibilité de se balader jusqu'à la mer. Je recommande !

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!
