Villa holiday rentals in Le Marin

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

Excellent place. Gorgeous setting. Carine was very helpful as well. We would come back! The outdoor deck is particularly fun and great to relax.

We had a very nice stay at Karine's house. We enjoyed the house very much overall, especially the pool is great and especially great with our son. Contact went smoothly, messages were answered very quickly. The location of the house is also very good, the small place Saint Anne with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, to the beautiful Les Salines beach you can drive a good 10 minutes by car. We had a very nice holiday and would come back anytime.

We loved the environment of the home in the middle of the forest. Alice and Jean Claude are adorable and the praise of previous reviews is deserved. Too bad the wifi wasn't working but it's not their fault because work takes place a little further. Alice takes care of the laundry. The pool is super nice. The beds of very good quality. In short, we loved everything about our stay! Thank you Alice and Jean Claude!

Great stay, very good location, incredible view, breathtaking. Gaetan gave the instructions well, easy access. We were very satisfied with our week, we recommended it to our family.

Jordana's place is a gem. The well thought layout, the beautiful and functional design provided a calm and great base to discover Martinique for our family. The nearby beach is scenic. There are also convenient stores and a charming village center. The breathtaking view makes it a must stay villa in Martinique. We will gladly stay there again.

The location of the house in St Pierre and especially directly on the beach is very pleasant to enjoy the water beautiful layers of sun this house is perfect for 8 people Meals on the terrace overlooking the boats and the Pelée when it wants to show itself are a great moment of pleasure The decor is very successful and done with great taste The owners have an artist's soul It is a very soothing home where you simply feel good

Corine and Emmanuel are great hosts. They welcomed us with baked goods and lots of recommendations of things to do during our stay. The villa was very clean. Everything was as described in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Everything was even better than we imagined! We were always happy to come back to the villa in the afternoon, after our morning excursions, so the terrace, view and pools were inviting. Mentioning the great availability & responsiveness of Natacha and Yoann, who responded promptly to our questions. We would have stayed there again and we dream of going back someday!

This is a very nice villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to radiate. Listing and amenities are as described. The garden and carbet allow you to enjoy life outside. The pool, although not big, is a real relaxing pleasure. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system

Ideal location, superb view of the sea and the sunset. Anse d'Arlet is a little gem. The villa is spotless.

We spent 2 amazing weeks in a very well-equipped accommodation with a magnificent view of the diamond rock, the sea and the sunset. Not overlooked, which is very nice to enjoy the pool. François and his wife are welcoming, warm and always available hosts, all with lots of little tips and attention: a planter pitcher and a beautiful basket of fruit awaits you. Thanks again to them for this beautiful place where we have great memories.

I had a great stay at Yann's in Martinique. He is a very kind, caring and available host. The accommodation was perfect: comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, you feel right at home. Special mention for the private punch bowl, the little extra touch that allows you to fully enjoy the quieter days! I highly recommend it, and will be happy to come back if I have a chance.

Excellent stay, excellent for a family, friendly accommodation, spacious rooms, very functional kitchen, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, pleasant environment and especially saltwater pool. Very welcoming and very professional host.
