Holiday rentals with a patio in Le Grazie

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the stunning Golfo Dei Poeti made this the perfect base for our stay in Lerici. It is a very short walk from the picturesque hilltop village of La Serra and within easy walking distance of Lerici town and local beaches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Lola is extremely friendly and helpful and a great communicator. I would be very happy to come back.

We just returned from an amazing stay at Sonia’s beautiful house. The location is perfect with it’s beautiful terrace views and a quiet place from the village. The house itself suited our family of four, including two young adults. Their hospitality was excellent and I would highly recommend.

The location was perfect. Andrea met us at the train station to walk us to the apartment. The place was super clean and the bathroom was great. The bed was very comfortable as well. We loved the roof top terrace to have a drink before going out for dinner. Just a warning: there are lots of stairs and they were quite steep to the terrace so if you have mobility issues Cinque Terre may not be the best destination for you. We loved it.

This is a very clean, well situated apartment with a wonderful view. It’s located just next to the elevator for the Riomaggiore train station, and the host offers wonderful dinner suggestions in the neighborhood. It’s a fairly small apartment, but it has everything you might need as a couple.

Lorenzo's father and Lorenzo communicated with our driver. They met us at an agreed upon location. Lorenzo carried our luggage up all the steps to the apartment. I could not believe how he hoisted my suitcase up on his shoulder and carried the other effortlessly . He also carried our luggage down on our way home. He provided great recommendations for a restaurant on the way up and we ate there twice! It was worth it. The view was fabulous. We were friends and we each had our own room and bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking the ocean and church. The church bells created a wonderful atmosphere. Coffee provided was amazing and water provided was plentiful. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No need to leave it on while away as it cools off quickly once you return. Extremely clean outstanding host and accommodations. Would very strongly recommend. Every step of the climb is worth the serenity.

Franco and Elisabetta's place was great! The instructions to find the place were very good as it can be confusing to locate around Riomaggiore. I especially appreciated that the place was accessible with a code so that I didn't have to worry about bringing a key around. The kitchen was well stocked and the terrace was a nice bonus. Highly recommended to stay here!

Amazing apartment and view!

Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

Amazing and highly recommended stay. Giovanni's kindness that allowed us to leave our suitcases as soon as we arrived, he recommended a very good restaurant for dinner, he always responded quickly to every request. She made us find a welcome bottle with sweets and even two cell phone chargers in the rooms ( my friend had forgotten it and it was very useful). I'll definitely be back 😊

Anna was an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a success even though it was only a 1 night stay. She was so kind as to also organise a collection to her place and then drive us to the station herself the very next day. The accommodation was beautiful and extremely tasteful in its styling and appearance in every way. In addition it was also remarkably clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings.

Loved my stay at Roger’s place. The house was very unique, comfy, and enjoyable. Roger is a fantastic host. Very receptive and friendly. The bed/pillows were very comfy. I would love to come back to explore the area more as it is very close to many beautiful places, like Cinque Terre.

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, with attention to every detail and very clean. The location is really top, convenient for everything. Located in a mountain village, the property is an interior restored house with many steps, very lovingly decorated and clean. The bathroom and shower are great and there is everything you expect. The owner Giacomo is more than helpful, takes care of every issue and has great tips for visits to the surrounding area. Highly recommended if you like it quiet and tranquil. Car is, however, essential!

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

We came to see Cinque Terre for 3 days and loved staying in Anne and Francesco's place. It was super clean and fresh and beautifully appointed. Anne happened to meet us when we arrived and helped us tie up some loose ends with suggestions in our planning for the following 3 days. There is also a comprehensive personal guidebook in the condo. We loved the neighborhood which was so peaceful and the proximity to the waterfront, main promenade and eateries was perfect. Highly recommend staying in this lovely and tasteful property to enjoy the beauty of Cinque Terre.

We had a great family stay thanks to this apartment which has everything to please and which was incredibly clean. Giovanni is very pleasant and responsive, it was a real pleasure to live in this bubble for a day. We'll be back for sure!

We loved our stay with Matteo. We had the best welcome of our entire stay in Italy: we had a late arrival (9:30 p.m.) and it was Matteo's mother and father who showed us around the accommodation, explaining how everything worked. Even better: we had everything we needed to make our first dinner and breakfast. It was really the highlight of our stay. It's also very close to everything, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a little problem and Matteo called his mother who arrived in less than 5 minutes. Wow, that's service :)! Here is a quick list of our impressions. Pros: - Incredible welcome +++ - Air conditioning throughout the accommodation - Very functional kitchen - Very spacious - Accessible everywhere on foot Cons: - the shower door may need to be repaired. It's the Airbnb that really makes us feel "home away from home"! Thank you ++++

Vernazza was our favourite town of the Cinque Terre and Martina's place was perfect for us. Stairs could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues but not too bad. Great terrace and spacious apartment right next to the sea.

The hosts' accommodation is in a great location (even more so considering the proximity to the tunnel to reach the parking lot). The terrace is very nice and functional, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (with bonuses like pallets, buckets, food containers, etc.) Compared to the photos, especially if you open the sofa bed in the living room, the apartment looks a little smaller, but this does not ruin the experience. The hosts were active and friendly, we recommend the accommodation for 4 people, maximum 5. Thanks to hosts!
