Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Grazie

My husband and I visited Cinque Terre during our honeymoon and stayed at Leonardo’s place. Watching the sunsets from the patio truly made our trip. Leonardo was very helpful with his directions and we were sooo happy we choose his place to stay. We had a lot of luggage and there were some stairs from the train station to his place. We managed fine but he also gave us a name and number for a luggage service. I would suggest using the luggage service if you are not in the best shape.

Everything great! The apartment is beautiful, clean, beautifully furnished - we felt comfortable immediately. In addition, it is totally quiet and is a perfect starting point for excursions to cities, the mountains or on foot to the beach. Cristian's parents Salvatore and Elena (who live with him) welcomed us very warmly and were super friendly and helpful. We felt like we were visiting friends. We would come back anytime:)

Our family of four loved staying in Riomaggiore at this apartment! The location was perfect, in the middle of town, and the unit was well stocked and immaculately clean. Anna was very responsive and provided lots of great recommendations. We loved having the balcony space too for morning coffee and late afternoon wine. Highly recommend.

This studio apartment is very close to the sea and all shops and cafes making it a great place to stay .

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Fabrizio’s place. A Short walk from the train station with clear instructions, a fantastic view, and outdoor patio we used all the time. Plenty of space and all the amenities. You can hear the trains, but they didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at NiGu! From start to finish, Nicola and Greta went above and beyond to make our first visit to CT memorable and enjoyable. From helpful advice to extra kindnesses, we couldn’t have asked for more. We loved it. We are grateful 🇮🇹🌺

My wife and I had an amazing stay here and would definitely book it again. The hosts, Rosanna and Salvatore, were wonderful. They were very friendly and responsive. They met us near the train station upon our arrival and showed us the beautiful looking home as well as recommendations for the area during our stay. The home itself was very clean and looked so cool. The best part was having a giant private terrace overlooking the water. Amazing views! Wish we stayed here longer.

I stayed with my girlfriend and a friend of mine at Marianna's. She was super hospitable and very helpful with our requests. The house lacked nothing, very clean and tidy on our arrival. In addition, Marianna was able to point us to many restaurants and activities to do in Monterosso. I would love to return to Monterosso as a guest of Marianna.

Antonellas place is the best! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the coast. We weren’t sure which town to stay in when we booked but ended up being so glad we chose Corniglia- each Cinque Terre village gets busy and crowded during the day, but Corniglia in particular gets so quiet and peaceful after all the crowds leave. It was so relaxing!! Thank you Antonella!!

We loved Janet’s place. The house is even prettier than on the pictures. The view of the ocean and surrondings is beautiful. The teracce is perfect. We liked Corniglia a lot. It is a beautiful little town with a lot of restaurants. Would really like to stay there again.

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Very welcoming accommodation with comfort in line with the description and clean with private parking for the car. Lydia gave us good advice on restaurants, trails, and the different cities to visit accessible by train and ferry. Very attentive person and very attentive to her guests, small gifts on arrival, we really highly recommend this house. Maybe see you next time. Sylvie and J-Marc.

Cinzia's place is as described, there's really nothing missing! The view is great and the exteriors too (even if the rain didn't allow us to enjoy it). For us the access by car was a little difficult at first, but once the help was taken it was easier. (the path is suitable and in very good condition) The village of Bonassola is full of charm, and the surroundings really beautiful. Access to the 5 lands is very convenient and easy with the train. Communication with Cinzia was always easy and prompt and was able to adapt to us. We recommend this place!

This AirBNB was amazing. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Adriana and her father are amazing hosts and are top notch. Adriana’s father helped us get our luggage to the AirBNB which was amazing and above and beyond. My fiance and I couldn’t recommend this AirBNB more! The location is the best in Riomaggiore and is very peaceful in the mornings and at night.

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. Even though the beach is a bit far away, the house is a gem! We wish you all the best for the New Year! Gabi and Falko

Michele is an exceptional host! Responsive, helpful, and friendly. We appreciated the detailed check-in instructions, including YouTube videos demonstrating how to get to the house. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony and easy access to the main street and train station on foot. The stairs leading to the house and inside are quite steep (as mentioned in the listing) and could be challenging for small kids or older guests, but we had no issues! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

If you are looking for a space with one of the most amazing views in the world, then book this space immediately! Watching the sunset from the balcony every night is incredible and made our first experience in Manarola unforgettable. Erica's space was super clean and beautifully designed. More of a modern set up, with unique lighting options and a large jacuzzi tub. Although we didn't use much of it, there are plenty of kitchen items, to make you feel at home, plus a washing machine! All that being said, there is a pretty impressive climb to the space. Unfortunately, we arrived in town after the assisted check-in window, so my wife and I had to push our luggage up a pretty steep incline, through the town, and then up a good amount of steps, plus the room is three flights up from the entrance. So, if daily climbs and steps aren't your thing, then maybe this isn't the spot for you. All in all, Erica's place is amazing and made our stay in Manarola a really great one.

Ilenia’s place is adorable, clean, and, quiet and has a great vibe. Ilenia’s check-in and check out instructions were so clear with detailed photographs showing the way. Ilenia was so responsive and kind, even bringing us additional toilet paper and beach towels. Ilenia is a great host and we loved coming back to the calmness of her place after long days out hiking, etc. P.S. the stairs getting in are steep, but just hold the handrail, there are steep stairs all over the cinque terre. 100% recommend

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Maltide’s place was lovely. Only a minutes walk to the center of the old town, it was a peaceful refuge after a hike. Clean, comfortable, efficient with all the modern updates. Queen bed was very comfortable with a ensuite bathroom and large closet, quality hangars and generous shelf space. The kitchen is small, but very efficient and complete with all necessary utensils & dishes in well maintained condition. Included was fresh, good quality olive oil, 2 types of vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, and a couple of laundry detergent pods. The small clothes washer worked great. Apt has very good lighting throughout and a well placed full length mirror. A/C, WiFi, water pressure and temperature all excellent. Once we mistook the switch for the on-demand gas heater for a light switch, so lost hot water, but corrected it quickly. The only issue we found is the unit is a 4-floor walkup, which would be difficult for the mobility impaired. We would definitely stay here on our next trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The residence has a perfect location, but 5 minutes to both beach, train station and grocery stores. Getting to Cinque Terre is very easy, with a train ticket to Levanto (10 minute trip) and then using the Cinque Terre Treno MS Card to the villages on the same train. Emilio and Fernanda are very accessible and respond quickly if you have any questions. The apartment itself is very cozy and the icing on the cake is the large patio with an incredible view. I highly recommend this accommodation and if you want to combine the tranquility of Moneglia with the proximity to cinque terre, this is the accommodation you should book!
