We had a pleasant stay (3 couples + 3 children) EXCELLENT: - location: first beaches accessible on foot via bike path, center of St Anne 5min by car, very quiet residence 😌 - outdoor space: swimming pool, terrace, bbq area, the company of birds 😜 - W/Virginia communication: very fluid, available and good advice on the corners of the island to visit Thank you again for hosting us 🫶

Yannick's house is great and we had a short memorable stay. The house itself is very spacious, all rooms have their own bathroom and it's like in the pictures. The biggest perk is for sure, the pool and the views. We would definitely come back.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

Functional accommodation, very well located in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Beautiful views of the Anse with unforgettable sunsets. We enjoyed the masks and snorkeling snorkeling available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small convenience stores are available near the property, as well as beachside restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very kind and accommodating. To be hesitated again!

We had a wonderful stay in Helena's pretty hut in Martinique. Upon arrival, we were greeted with great generosity and human warmth. Helena showed us around her lush garden, filled with local fruits, vegetables, and plants, passionately sharing her knowledge. She even organized a great activity around the coconut, where we were able to discover the different varieties and their uses. Always smiling, available and attentive, Helena went a long way in making our stay unforgettable. Once again, thank you for everything, we leave with beautiful memories and the desire to come back soon!

The Villa delighted us as soon as we arrived. There were 8 of us, 3 of whom were children and everyone found their place very quickly as if we were regulars. We know Sainte Luce well and highly recommend Villa Casawab972 which met everyone's expectations. Congratulations also on the interior and exterior decor.

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

Very comfortable house, faithful to the photos, very well equipped, no dishwasher. The air conditioning works perfectly. Very well located because very close to a beautiful beach by car and far from the crowds of this one. A departmental passes just behind the house but not very inconvenient because it is not very busy. Pool of a good size, with a magnificent view, to share with the other rental. Very responsive and friendly host.

Accommodation perfectly matching the description, or even better! Fast and efficient pickup. The view from the terrace is superb! Ideal accommodation for a short trip to Sainte Luce as a couple! A little extra for Gilbert's bar a few steps away from the apartment with superb planters and an incomparable atmosphere when the musicians are there!

Unforgettable stay! The bungalow is already perfect, in a beautiful setting surrounded by vegetation, tastefully decorated and absolutely impeccable! And above all, Jean-Yves and Lucile are of rare kindness and I don't think I've ever been so well received in an Airbnb. Even though we didn't need it, they offered to pick us up at the airport to show us the way, which is already great. And when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with good little things waiting for us in the fridge and Lucile kindly brought us several homemade and delicious Creole specialties. If you're still hesitating, we 100% recommend this accommodation! Especially since it is ideally placed to explore the whole south of the island, and even the north with a little more road. We were sad to leave… Thanks again to our great hosts!

Delightful stay of 8 nights as a couple Charming exotic wooden bungalow, recent , with terrace , garden , perfectly matching the description and photos. Very well equipped with appliances and dishes. Quiet environment, very well located 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Grand Anse d 'Arlet . Beach restaurants near. Charming welcome from Jacqueline who allowed us to leave in the afternoon given the evening schedule of our return plane We'll be happy to go back.

Very proactive and in-person welcome and departure. It was much appreciated! Small studio with terrace that fully met the description as well as our needs. Great location! Close to Morne Larcher for hiking, Diamant village, Anse Dufour and Arlet for snorkeling. Wave noise for sleeping, walking by the sea possible when the sargassum is not too present. Book made by the hosts with important information and very useful recommendations available. We would highly recommendit!

We were very well received by the owners who were available and discreet. The view of the accommodation on the diamond is breathtaking. The accommodation is very well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The pool was very nice. We have found the ideal location to discover Martinique.

This apartment is for us a gem. The angles of view are extraordinary. You can hear the sound of the waves. Two beaches are very close and so nice. Close to everything we loved it. The space, the size, the cleanliness, the kitchen everything was really spotless and to our liking. Close to everything we are still located in a quiet and relaxing environment. No noisy or disturbing neighbors. We really loved everything. We travel a lot and use AirBNb often and this place is one of our favorites. We highly recommend it. We were my spouse and I with our son-daughter and 6-year-old little boy. We had plenty of space- beautiful privacy so easy. And the few good meals taken from this huge and magnificent terrace. We loved our stay at this apartment, which is undoubtedly the best we have rented in Martinique – and one of the best we have experienced in six years of using Airbnb. The apartment is perfectly renovated, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything is designed for the comfort of the guests, nothing is lacking. Communication with Franck, the owner, and Adeline was smooth, simple and proactive, which made our stay much easier. Adeline's welcome was particularly warm, and the little attention to our arrival (excellent local rum!) was much appreciated. The location is ideal: the neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, with several activities accessible nearby, not to mention very good restaurants in the area. No false notes, we recommend this address without a second thought!
