Beachfront holiday rentals in Le Diamant

Week of May 10-17, 2025 in Carbet. Great location! Close to bakery and Petibonum restaurant and Neison rum shop. Beautiful view and proximity to the sea! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge to do a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes because there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove the sand when coming back from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Thank you for this wonderful week of vacation! We will definitely go back!

Accommodation perfectly matching the description, or even better! Fast and efficient pickup. The view from the terrace is superb! Ideal accommodation for a short trip to Sainte Luce as a couple! A little extra for Gilbert's bar a few steps away from the apartment with superb planters and an incomparable atmosphere when the musicians are there!

Loved our stay at Le Diamant! The space is a little smaller than the photos show, but we were very comfortable for 3 adults. The kitchen is very functional. Small extras like a lunch box, ice packs, a diving mask, etc. Are much appreciated. Decorative elements make the environment inviting and cozy. The view from the terrace is very beautiful, the proximity to shops is also a big plus of this apartment, everything can be done on foot so no need to get back in the car at the end of the day. Communication with the host was easy and enjoyable. Finally, they allowed us to check in earlier given the arrival time of our flight, which was much appreciated. We had a great time and recommend this place!

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of visits, the kayak to go see the iguanas at the Chancel islet (a little heavy to go down and go up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad... Thanks to Florent for his friendly, quick and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting the Trinity, the peninsula of the caravel, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Habitation Clément, the François, the white backgrounds, the Josephine bathtub...

Independent villa on land with superb sea view, very, very friendly sunrise. The villa matches the photos, all the necessary equipment is present. The location is a bit off-center from downtown Le Diamant, but we had a car and the view was well worth it. We traveled the south of Martinique, and the pool was appreciated after a day of sightseeing! We were perfectly welcomed by Fabien whom we thank again.

We spent 3 most relaxing days at Hélène's, the accommodation was as described, a pretty wooden chalet in which you immediately feel good, surrounded by nature, the many birds including the famous hummingbirds. The place was very clean and with everything you need. Hélène is a lovely, attentive host who welcomes you as if you had always been there. It's a very lively place with neighbors, family, Hélène's friends and at the same time very quiet. It feels like home! Fresh coconut delivery upon arrival that we were able to taste right away. Thank you again Hélène for your kindness, this is a place that we will be sure to redo if we return to Martinique.

Best Airbnb rented to date! This villa is absolutely splendid and the views are breathtaking. Anse d'Arlet is super quiet, and well located for visiting the other villages and beaches around. We loved snorkeling with turtles and fish, the fresh fish market, the beautiful Diamant beach, but most of all, we always looked forward to returning to the villa to enjoy the pool and the view… thank you for a great stay!!

Me and my partner had an amazing stay! Isabel is very responsive and gave us great recommendations. The apartment is ideal, amazing view, quiet and very well equipped! Our arrival is easy and the residence is beautiful.

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. The view of the ocean is a major asset it is a peaceful, quiet place where we can enjoy it. I highly recommend this listing

Sabine and Bertrand made us feel very welcome. They have always been there for the slightest need. Their dogs are adorable and the little sheep too. The accommodation was very atypical (with its living room and outdoor kitchen, but well protected from the rain) and very comfortable. The pool was a real pleasure in the evening after the long days of walks/beaches. We did not have any sargassum smell (although there was a lot of it on all the beaches of Vauclin). The setting and accommodation are exceptional. The only downside to note is the access road, which is long (2.5 km) and very damaged. With the little picanto we rented, the underbody was regularly hit...

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

We loved our stay in Le Diamant, walkable to the beach and to restaurants. Nicely furnished apartment, very convenient to have a cooler and beach toys for excursions, and the pool was a joy to relax in after a beach day. A/C in all bedrooms was a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house in a quiet property with a view of the Diamond, ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children. The pool with the sound of the sea is very nice after a day of sightseeing. Brigitte and Maurice are very welcoming, adorable and discreet hosts. We recommend ++++ We will return to the Diamond for sure!

Very good location facing the beach with sea views and small beach restaurants. Close to the multipurpose diamond market, a butcher and bakery, a medical center and an analysis laboratory. Close to 2 pharmacies and small supermarket. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Géraldine and Patrice are friendly, responsive and efficient owners.

We had a great time at the villa! The location is great with beautiful views of the diamond beach. The house is as described. The whole family had a lovely time between the beach and the pool, the kids (and the grown-ups) were excited!! I highly recommend this place from Philippe! Thanks to Bea also for her availability and kindness, she was very attentive to us! We had a great holiday🏝️

Excellent communication , the instructions are very clear to access the accommodation. Parking is always available in a secure building. Very well equipped apartment. Kitchen with essentials , and fridge , quality oven. Despite the present one of the nearby road, no disturbing noise. Le Diamant is difficult to walk from the accommodation, but the location is ideal for discovering the south of the island. Great stay , really qualitative apartment and quality host. Thanks .

Great stay at Caroline and Yves's. The villa is beautiful. Caroline and Yves are super responsive and gave us great tips for our stay. The area is perfect and if the sea is too agitated at the Diamond just head to Anse Dufour which is 20 minutes by car. In short, warmly recommended and I will definitely go back with the kids.

The apartment was beyond our expectations, the view from the balcony amazed us every morning, we had little birds that came to say hello! It's close to all the amenities of the area, the trip is very good on foot. And the beach, which is a 2-minute walk away, is beautiful, the sound of the waves lulls us to sleep every night when we go to bed! If we return to Martinique, this accommodation will be the first on our list! 🫶❤️Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!❤️

We were extremely pleased with our place. The location right on the beach is simply fantastic and offers a perfect base for exploring the whole island. The amenities were very good – there was really everything you need. We particularly appreciated the very well described tips for excursions, which we were very happy to use. Overall a great experience that made our stay memorable!

Very proactive and in-person welcome and departure. It was much appreciated! Small studio with terrace that fully met the description as well as our needs. Great location! Close to Morne Larcher for hiking, Diamant village, Anse Dufour and Arlet for snorkeling. Wave noise for sleeping, walking by the sea possible when the sargassum is not too present. Book made by the hosts with important information and very useful recommendations available. We would highly recommendit!

Very pleasant stay in this vast apartment with a large terrace and a magnificent view of the diamond from the living room and the beautiful beach from the bedroom. We appreciated the beautiful surface of the rooms and the quiet of the residence which is very well maintained. Marie Philippe was a very friendly and flexible host. She had prepared a bottle of planter for us when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped but the cooking items were a little old. One of the air conditioners also made a little noise, but it didn't taint our stay.
