Cute old town one room flat - Port at only 100m

We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis, and the neighbors cherish their tranquility. So no parties and no noise after 10pm. Swimming pool not accessible from mid-October until the end of April, May, depending on outdoor temperatures.

Quiet because the studio does not overlook the street but a corridor (no view). 2 double glazed windows I provide a secure parking space a 5-minute walk from the studio.
