The apartment is absolutely superb (even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Simply huge!). We particularly loved the attention paid to the decoration. Everything is done to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and of good quality, especially the bed linen and dishes. The location is impeccable. 30 seconds walk from Majorelle city, you feel quite privileged! The Musée de l'École de Nancy is a 12-minute walk, Nancy Thermal is a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood is very well served by transport to get to the city center in less than 15 minutes, if you do not want to walk (the network is efficient, the MyBus app allows you to buy tickets online and find out about routes). Eric is perfectly welcoming and friendly, while being 100% discreet. It was an incredible stay and Eric's accommodation greatly contributed to the memory we will keep of Nancy!

Ideal apartment for a visit to Nancy. Close to the city center and shops nearby. Despite the ground floor, there is no more noise after 9 p.m. Have a great stay!

Everything is fine and complete. Nice shower. Driving up but especially driving away with a long travel car from the parking lot (on top of the deck) was difficult.

Definitely Eric is a Superhost, welcoming and super helpful!!! The apartment is extremely quiet with views of a garden, the bedding allows particularly recovering nights, all the comforts are there to have a very nice stay! I highly recommend it and will be sure to come back if I come back to Nancy.

We spent a night in this Airbnb room, everything was perfect, accommodation in very good condition, clean, small kitchen area, coffee maker available, the fan was appreciable with the heat😃, the hosts were very responsive and pleasant. Thank you🥰. 🤩

The studio is not very large but well arranged and full of charm! You don't feel cramped even when the bed is unfolded. I stayed there for a short stay and everything went very well. Anaïs is very friendly, responsive and helped me learn about the surroundings. I recommend it!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! A super nice apartment where you have all the amenities. A nice bed, and blackout curtains; I slept wonderfully. Fortunately, there was a fan (it was very hot outside). I liked being able to walk everywhere in the area! Easy to find and Nicolas is super friendly! Nicolas contacted me to ask if everything was going well. Yes! I had no questions.

This small garage converted into a studio is a delight. It brings together many art nouveau elements and that's what we wanted. It's nice and well located. Having parking for our small car was a very appreciable plus. The location is good for visiting Nancy's art nouveau tour. If you want to have breakfast outside, it's more complicated and we had to go to the only bakery we found open in the area, "boulangerie R. This" Otherwise, it's a pleasure.
