Despite being in a working-class area, the location is also around many families, so it did feel safe. It was also close to many restaurants and shops, etc., and the house itself was pretty good, serving our needs for the purpose of this trip. Thanks Olga Brian

We had a great stay! It really felt so comfy and had more than enough space for me and my family. It was also in a peaceful neighborhood so we enjoyed sitting on the porch surrounded by the beautiful garden. There was also enough parking space for all of cars so that was a plus. Would recommend and stay here again! (:

Joy’s place was amazing 🤗! From the moment I arrived, she was responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions promptly and clearly. The master bedroom was a dream—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The second bedroom was also great, with both a twin and full-size bed, perfect for additional guests. One of the standout features was the 2-car garage, which easily fit two small cars—a huge plus. The location was super convenient, close to the 405 Freeway, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants. I was very pleased with my stay at this home and would definitely recommend it to others!

Mary is a great host. My family and I wanted to check in a bit early due to a graduation we were attending. She allowed us to check in an hour early even though it wasn’t necessary. Mary is also great at communicating if you need to get a hold of her. Will definitely be booking here if I’m in the Los Angeles area.

I loved loved loved this Air Bnb I let the hosts Arthur and Anthony know that It was my graduation and they made sure to make my graduation special! The inside was beautiful and it smelled so good! The pictures were exactly as described. The host make sure you have every single amenity you can think of plus extra towels and a washer and dryer for your clothes. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and anything I needed they made sure to have it! I loved my stay and thank you Anthony and Arthur for making my graduation special! Felipe was helpful from the very beginning, despite some doubts and questions I asked him. Very responsive, the house was perfect and everything was exactly as described. We had the chance to briefly meet in passing, and it was a pleasure, even if short. Highly recommended! The area was great, no issues at all.

This place has a cozy feel. The studio was roomy for 2 people and has everything you need.

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at this private suite! The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It’s in a great location — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Being so close to everything made the trip super convenient and relaxing. 20 mins from Long Beach and Redondo beach. Perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy the coast and good food. Shinobu’s place was beautiful and convenient during our stay in LA! Shinobu was an incredibly responsible and flexible host who was very considerate of our needs during our stay. 10/10 would recommend Shinobu as a host and his place!

Gave very clear instructions and place was clean. We felt very safe and it was quiet. Only negative for me was that there were no nightstands in the master bedroom and outlets were far to charge our phones. The closer outlet was behind the bed and couldn’t get to it. Great stay overall and close to a lot of stores! Thank you.

Place was great! Regine was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even when answering questions that were explained within the instructions in the apartment. Location was amazing and we definitely would stay here again.

For short or long stays, this is the perfect space to stay close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to many convenience stores and restaurants. A jogging path is steps sway where you can appreciate sunsets and Mountain views . I felt very safe to walk mornings and late afternoons . Edem is very responsive offering a pleasant stay with full equipped kitchen and a very comfortable couch! Worth every penny ;)

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location if you're going to SoFi or the Forum and want a place to crash. The description matches the apartment well and Christian was super responsive to my questions. I would say that if I hadn't been familiar with Inglewood generally I might have thought the neighborhood was a little odd. like, I don't know that I'd walk home by myself from a concert. If you need an ultra quiet stay, this place probably isn't for you. It's right over the flight approach for LAX so there's frequently plane noise, and the apartment is a little older so there's typical apartment sounds like hearing your neighbors overhead walking. Didnt bug us too badly! The garage parking was an awesome perk but if you have a choice I'd recommend driving a compact car - spaces are a little snug.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
