Holiday rentals with a patio in Laure-Minervois

The space is conveniently arranged and has a beautiful interior. Everything you need is there. Pleasant spacious balcony. And of course the big plus: within walking distance of the castle and the old town. There are nice eateries further down the street. We found the traffic in front of the apartment a bit busy, but inside you hardly hear it.

A very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment, 10 minute walk from Carcassonne station. 30 minute stroll from the medieval walled cité. Good value stay easy to find and check in and out. The host Sylvain was very helpful and agreed to extend our check out by an extra hour. Highly recommended!

Right in the centre of Carcassonne yet the most peaceful / quiet place there is! I had a very lovely time at Barbara's, it felt like a mini-holiday despite staying for work purposes. I tried to find negatives to say but couldn't really find one! Both the apartment and the back-garden are really lovely, I will stay there again when I am next back in Carcassonne.

Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

Gaëlle is a very responsive host and her listing is as described. It is decorated with great care and it feels like home. Ciarda and Richard were gracious and helpful hosts. There response to our questions and a couple of repairs was timely. The location is easy in and out and the parking in front is a real plus. The property is comfortable and spacious and these are all good things. There were for us, some things less satisfactory. The 2nd floor is accessed by steep and somewhat irregular stairs. Once on the 2nd floor there are number of interior steps both short and tall as well as up and down. While there is nothing that Ciarda and Richard can do about that short of remodeling, but it is something that we think that should be noted in the description. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend it to others with the caveats noted.

On a business trip for 6 weeks, this accommodation was really ideal! Very relaxing, super equipped, garden, etc. Thank you again so much for your trust.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Very good stay in Ospariegeois: the rental is in accordance with the listing, the place is very quiet and pleasant, the spa without neighbors was a real plus. Only small downside for the quality and quantity of the breakfast, which is really very basic (apart from the very good jams). The access and directions were perfect, really a nice experience

We spent a very good week at Laurence's. A home with all the necessary amenities, in a pretty corner of tranquility, well located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire for very beautiful discoveries.

Never given a 5 star review for everything before but Christophe deserves it hands down. Everything we needed was available in the property and Christophe supplied all the information from how to use to local attractions. He even visited to welcome us 😊. I would without hesitation recommend both Christophe and his lovely property and would rebook without a second thought.

We spent a week at the end of May in the house. Everything is beautifully renovated, pleasant to live in and very quiet in front of a tree-lined garden (no opposite). The house is comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also 3 restaurants in Peyriac and a bakery right next door. Parking in the village is limited to residents and you have to ask Robert for a "visitor" badge.

Very clean and organized. Seemed recently renovated. I would stay again. Nice little village with beautiful flowers everywhere. Short drive to other villages and Monday market in Mirepoix. Nice to walk around the Chateau de Camon. Chef Alexander at the Chateau does private dinners there, but you have to go ask him. Michelin * chef from Nice. The little Cafe Llobet is also walking distance and provides simple, but tasty dishes.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Great accommodation and unreserved recommendation. The cleanliness in the bathroom and bedroom was positively noted. The location is good for spending in the evening. Even outside on the balcony, it was always very quiet. I'm sure we'll be back soon:)

Apartment as described, clean, bright. Close to the market halls (5 minutes walking) Close to large buffets (20 min walk) and close to the city center! Smiling welcome from our host. Flexible checkout. Easy to park. I would recommend it 100%

Very nice residence, swimming pool, beach nearby. Very welcoming staff. We had a great time. The only thing missing for us is a system to charge electric vehicles within the residence. Experience to repeat.
