Holiday rentals with a pool in Launiupoko

This is a beautiful Condo with everything you needed to feel right at home. Everything was clean and up to date. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, and home away from home while on vacation. Thank you Jay and Amy.

We loved our stay at this place. The location in Kapalua and the beautiful grounds were unbeatable. There were just a few hiccups initially but they were resolved within 24 hours. Firstly the AC was not working which was hard with 2 young kids and the warm climate. The company was going to send a tech but he wouldn't be in until the next day so luckily my husband was able to fix it in the meantime. Secondly, we had ordered and paid for a pack and play which was supposed to be in the unit on arrival but did not arrive until 9 pm (already after my child needed to go to sleep). I was told this would be refunded by the lovely manager Scott who came to deliver the pack and play. He was also kind enough to lend us his binoculars for whale watching :) The unit itself is beautiful. Very new and clean and exactly as the photos. We would 100% rebook if staying back in Kapalua, Maui.

This place is gorgeous! I am so glad we chose to stay here. The views were perfect. The property was amazing. The place was very comfortable and so peaceful. I would love to come back here some day.

A wonderfully comfortable Hawaiian cottage with plenty of room to spread out. It’s fully equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, pickle ball paddles and even a cooler. Van was so helpful and accommodating during our stay. Easy 10 minute walk down to the main beach access with a great boardwalk. Highly recommend this great little spot.

Wow !! What can I say. Don’s place was perfect Location is ideal!! Easy to get to the locations you want in a timely matter Peaceful surroundings. Amazing views Unit was well maintained The condo has EVERYTHING you need to make for a perfect stay Clean and updated Pool was great. Would definitely stay there again !! Highly Recommend! The house was beautiful. It actually exceeded my expectations! It was well equipped in the kitchen and she even had beach chairs available for us to use. Of course we loved all the artwork (good job Jordanne) but every thing was well done and tasteful! I hope to go back.

Such a special and beautiful villa - will be staying here when I come to Maui from now on!

The new Kula Jewel is an amazing property with an incredible panoramic view of the island with an exceptionally cozy and spacious interior and a lovely porch. The main living area and kitchen were beautifully designed and highly functional which made us feel at home. The master bedrooom was so relaxing with a great mattress and was made even better when opening the windows at night and listening to the gentle rhythm of raindrops falling. The master bathroom design was brilliant. Pamela and the property manager Jim made sure our young daughter was well taken care of by setting up a comfortable pullout twin size bed in the Master so she could stay in the same room with us and not be scared. The other two bedrooms were spacious and well equipped, we just didnt need to use them. Pamela is the best host we have ever had the pleasure of working with on Airbnb. Her commnication was superb, recommendations for what to do and where to eat on the island spot on, and we cant wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo on the west side of Maui. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sunset, which felt like it was dipping right into the ocean. The location was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui.

Joseph’s place was cute and cozy! It was clean and comfortable. The location was great, too — away from the big crowds, but close enough to do touristy things. You also see lots of sea turtles right outside the condo! Joseph’s place also has everything you could need for a beach day!

My friend and I loved staying at this condo! The condo was walking distance to Nāpili Bay and Kapalua Bay for snorkeling. We could easily uber to restaurants close by. The condo was spotless and the host was super responsive for any needs or questions. The area was quiet and so lovely to sit on the porch in the morning. The condo was great size and had all kitchen supplies / other amenities needed. We will be back!

Excellent place to stay & we’ve stayed in Airbnbs on Maui many times. This one I will happily book again. The condo building & grounds are immaculate and Ralph’s place is exactly as described. It’s not big (excellent use of mirrors to reflect the water views back inside) but it’s very comfortable, has a great central location & everything we needed for our work/vacay stay. The king bed is better quality than many hotels, the a/c worked great & having a washer/drier is for us, a must. Excellent coffee and espresso machines too, Ralph was super kind to leave lovely goodies: a bag of coffee, chocolate & wine. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the nearby harbor, market/diner, (killer pancakes) the aquarium and Starbucks. Many excellent cruises go out of the harbor so leave your car at the condo & you won’t be running late & searching for a paid parking space at the harbor like we watched many people do. The patio was lovely and it was SO quiet and peaceful at Ralph’s 24 hours a day.

We had an amazing stay! The place is very clean, very well equipped, with beautiful views and in close proximity to lots of great food options. The host is very responsive and helpful, highly recommend!

Amazing location, very quiet apart from crashing waves, condo was spacious for 2, kitchen well equipped - bonus having beach towels and beach chairs - 15 minute walk to a small general store which also does all day food and to the bus stop. To note, if you don’t have a car, then food shopping is a bus ride away. Buses were on time and run hourly. Uber is very good too if needing transfer from airport as large suitcase not allowed on bus. Had a fantastic few days and sorry to leave. Craig very good communicator - highly recommend

Location, location, location. This was our second time visiting Maui and the location of this place can’t be beat. One of the best snorkeling spots on the island takes only a few minutes to walk to and we were also able to walk to Napili Beach in just six minutes. A half dozen other fantastic beaches are within a 15 minute drive and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby too. Don was very helpful and communicative throughout our entire stay. You won’t be disappointed booking this place.
