The location is excellent, and the accommodation is very comfortable, nice and clean. I would recommend the stay to anyone.

My spouse and I stayed for a month and it was everything we hoped it would be. Quiet, peaceful area with balcony for star gazing and relaxing with morning coffee. Wifi was great, beds were comfortable and TV worked well. Large table, suitable for both eating and working. Neighborhood felt safe. Kitchen was easy to cook in, with full stove range, oven and microwave. Good size fridge and freezer. Hosts were amazing and responsive. Great nature area down the street for morning/evening walks. Food delivery is available there and grocery stores are within a decent walk. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to anyone. Also an easy walk to the train station:)

We had a great stay at Anita's! The Airbnb was very clean, super nice and very cozy. The apartment's furnishings were very extensive and left nothing to be desired. It should be emphasized that even coffee and tea were available. The location of the accommodation centrally in Gostenhof is excellent, with good connections to public transport and close to many cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment was super modern and beautiful. Furnished and designed with love. The landlady was friendly and very accommodating. Bamberg and also Nuremberg are easily accessible from the place to do something. We felt completely comfortable and would have liked to spend more days in the 😄apartment to enjoy.

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment in the most central location. The balcony is a dream, the studio is perfectly and tastefully furnished. You can reach everything from there on foot, supermarket is directly opposite, subway too. Ludwig is a very likeable host who had taken care of everything. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back!

We only had one night here as we were visiting family in the area, but we would definitely come back. The beds are comfy (the sofa bed as well), there is a great view from the balcony and the apartment was very peaceful. We found everything we needed . There is a great sauna with a view, we sadly didn't have time to use it - next time! Thanks Alex.

We booked Stefan and Gülay's apartment at very short notice. The communication was incredibly fast and very pleasant. The accommodation is located in the middle of the old town and is highly recommended. Everything is tasteful, carefully and stylishly furnished - just as shown in the pictures. Access by car, parking, etc. are easily feasible as described. We would come back anytime!

Had a great vacation! The accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail and you can immediately see how much passion is put into it. Everything was very clean and well appointed. The wellness area is dreamy. The quiet location ensures real relaxation. Exactly what we were looking for. We felt completely comfortable and welcome and will definitely come back. We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

This accommodation is highly recommended, we felt completely comfortable. Liz is a very warm and attentive hostess. If you have problems climbing stairs, you should consider this in the large apartment.

We adored the city of Schwabach; there is as much or as little to do as you want. Restaurants are excellent and Nuemberg is close enough to go often. It’s a big city but easy to Navigate. A walk along the Schwabach canal toward Gustenfelden is heaven!!
