Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Beautiful home, serene location. My family and I felt right at home. We loved how close the home is to many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Very convenient for a large group. We enjoyed every moment! You will also enjoy that it is only a few minutes away from Lauderdale by the Sea beach. We will be back for sure!

The house is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. By the time we arrived everything was completely clean and ready for us to enjoy as a family with babies. Very nice kitchen packed with all we need. House looks exactly as the pictures. We did have a wonderful time in the pool too. I need to mention that the host Victor quickly solve every question and requirement we had. I highly recommend this property to have an enjoyable relaxing vacation.

Beautiful, clean house! Had everything we needed for the week. Pool was clean & relaxing as well. We walked to Aruba Beach Cafe & Laspada’s. We would definitely stay again.

The property came as described. Very quiet, peaceful, and private area. A quick 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Pier and restaurant area. The property was clean and provided all the necessary items. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

House, pool, and neighborhood were all great! Short walk to the beach, which was not crowded, despite being spring break. The town center of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea was also easily walkable, about 10 to 15 minutes, and we also walked to Kaluz, which is a restaurant on the inter-coastal. There were a few missing items at the house, which Charlotte promptly addressed and replaced. Showers had great water pressure, too, and there were more than enough towels. The house was certainly big enough for our two families (four adults and five kids). The only thing I wish would have been more clear in the description is that one of the rooms with two beds was clearly converted into a bedroom, and light/noise came directly into that bedroom via the open fireplace and frosted glass doors from the adjacent living room and kitchen. However, all in all, we had a great trip and would stay here again!

This property was amazing. Just like the description and then some. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and I was even able to attend a business meeting in the quiet office space. The 8 minute walk to the beach was safe and simple. I highly recommend this host and location for families or a friends trip.

Had a wonderful stay at Romy’s Place. The layout was well put together. Lots of outdoor activities and relaxing spots on the grounds. Opportunity to meet other people and enjoy the amenities & at the same time the option to stay to yourself. The night lights throughout from the pool to the grounds creates a beautiful ambiance. An area is designated as children’s playground which is perfect for families. This air bnb was really nice in its entirety, with a really thought through concept to ensure guest have a good time. Has everything you need to have a perfect getaway, even complimentary coffee and so much more. You will surely enjoy your stay here. One of the best I have stayed at so far so I will definitely be returning! Book your stay here you will definitely not be dissatisfied or disappointed, that I can assure you.

This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

The condo was nice and clean. The pool was nice and so was the beach. The food at the onsite Italian restaurant was very good. The snorkeling at the pier in Lauderdale By The Sea was surprisingly good. The reef itself is bleached out, the water is not as clear as the Caribbean, but there was an amazing amount of wildlife including sharks, rays, turtles, tarpon, barracudas, and large schools of fish. There were a couple of wedding parties at the resort when we stayed there so the energy level was fun and high (loud) and the place smelled like weed. If you want a very quiet, and tranquil stay, you may want to look at a different smaller location.

The location of the condo is great. Close to the beach and close to the main drag with all the shops , restaurants and happenings. Lauderdale by the Sea is a cute little outpost village north of Ft. Lauderdale and it is very enjoyable as it is away from the craziness and traffic of downtown Fort L. The condo had all the beach equipment that you may need, chairs, umbrellas, etc. There is also a pool and a nice outdoor kitchen to use. We would stay here in a heartbeat, again!

Luis was a great host! Any questions we had he was very responsive, and took care of any problems very quickly. Highly recommend staying at his place. The pictures don’t do it justice, and the environment made you feel right at home. We will be back!

great place great area!

This place was great. Steps from the beach. Quiet. Not busy. The apartment was clean. It was so convenient - pots, pans, linens, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc. Ileana was very responsive and helpful. We plan on coming back.

I checked in late at night. It was so quiet and well maintained around the complex. A beautiful mansion was lit up right across the water and I had to stop and take it all in. As soon as I walked inside the bnb the house was all lit up for me and it was nice and cool. Everything was clean and beautifully placed. I’m a very picky girl. The shower is beautiful and the water pressure was perfect. Now to the best part. The massive king sized bed! It smelled like bleach! Omg I was in heaven! Memory foam and the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! David was so attentive with checking in on me! Also gave amazing instruction on how to check in and out. I felt safe and very relaxed. Would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay! I have lived in Florida for years before recently moving to GA. I knew the area very well and the property is in a great location a just couple blocks from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The inside of the unit was very clean, spacious enough for our family and flexible with a mini-fridge in two of the bedrooms. House was well stocked with all the essentials with the only item that we didn’t have was an iron after the laundromat wrinkled all our clothes.😂 John was always responsive when I reached out and was extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.
