Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

We had a great time here. It was close to beaches and restaurant’s . The Host’s were available but not in your way. Communicating via text daily to see if we needed anything.We had mey5 yr old granddaughter and found a great park about 20 minutes away call Sugar Sand Park and also Coconut Grove Waterpark both in Boca Raton and with the ride.

We spent a wonderful week at this amazing little studio, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with the added bonus of a beautiful pool. It was the ideal spot to completely unplug and relax. The studio had all the creature comforts we could ask for, right down to the fancy new electric mocha pot (a fun touch!). The bed was super comfy, the water was hot with great shower pressure, and having beach chairs available made our beach days effortless. Everything we needed was right there, making it such an easy and peaceful getaway. Thank you, Anna and Eric, for sharing this beautiful space with us. We truly had a great time and would love to return!

A beautiful 3rd floor unit facing the ocean in peaceful surroundings. The unit was well appointed and had a jet tub and a very nice kitchen. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

This place is truly wonderful and perfect for an easy getaway with all the basics that make vacation easy going. First, Monica’s place itself: my partner and I found this place about 4-5 years ago and we just had a feeling this year we had to go back. Monica provides everything you need for a successful and carefree stay. There’s beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, boogie board, towels, misc). There is everything you need to cook (crockpot; made a few meals in the rooms to save some money), and a grocery store that is less than a 10 minute walk (along with a cvs, liquor store, vape shop, dunkin’, and some other shops). Now the hotel: If you are looking for restaurants, most of them are a 20 minute walk in either direction. The italian restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING; we got the Mozzarella de Corrozza 4 years ago and I was on the edge of my seat hoping they still had it, AND THEY DID!! The same thing with the outdoor tiki bar and the chicken philly. I hope I can visit again and again!

We rate Jodi’s place 5/5 stars. Best location for everyone. Walk to stores and restaurants. Tiki bar and Italian restaurant, pool and beach on premises. Groceries and dining right across the street. Her home was newly updated, clean, great lighting with huge windows and a beautiful view of the sunset. Comfortable sleeping, enough linens and kitchen supplies, plenty of space. Jodi was available and checked in to make sure we were happy and accommodated. We loved Jodi’s place so much we can’t wait to return. Whether you want a quick getaway, a long getaway, a romantic getaway or family getaway, we highly recommend Jodi’s place on the beach!

First of all, this place was so cute and perfect for the both of us. My girlfriend and I took our first vacation in 3 years and this was so worth it! Ornella was a super host! She went above and beyond looking at activity ideas for us to do since we weren’t so familiar with the area. While being checked in and settled in we saw a review that was the total opposite of what we had. There, the other person stated that there were issues with the remotes…however we had no issues. The tv remote is self explanatory. Literally just a Roku tv remote. The pictures Ornella posted of how the place look it’s the exact same thing we saw and enjoyed! Everything was well taken care of and they even had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sunscreen, after beach lotion and many other things we forgot. The place was clean and literally only 1 minute walk to the beach! It was perfect location and we felt very safe there. We will be booking with Ornella again for sure! Thank you Ornella!

Beautiful home, serene location. My family and I felt right at home. We loved how close the home is to many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Very convenient for a large group. We enjoyed every moment! You will also enjoy that it is only a few minutes away from Lauderdale by the Sea beach. We will be back for sure!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was decorated very well and everything you could need was there. The pool was amazing along with the backyard. We all were very comfortable in the beds. Would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at 250 Oceanic in Fort Lauderdale with my family of five, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The house is spacious and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need, just bring your clothes and enjoy. Our kids had an incredible time relaxing in the jacuzzi and swimming in the pool, which kept them entertained for hours. The house is very close to the beach making it easy to enjoy the sun.

We had an excellent stay at this mansion in pompano. Was definitely worth it and if it’s available I wouldn’t hesitate to book. Obed was very communicative and responded quickly when we needed him. We had an amazing time and would definitely book his place in the future.

The views were stunning, especially from the backyard, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

House, pool, and neighborhood were all great! Short walk to the beach, which was not crowded, despite being spring break. The town center of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea was also easily walkable, about 10 to 15 minutes, and we also walked to Kaluz, which is a restaurant on the inter-coastal. There were a few missing items at the house, which Charlotte promptly addressed and replaced. Showers had great water pressure, too, and there were more than enough towels. The house was certainly big enough for our two families (four adults and five kids). The only thing I wish would have been more clear in the description is that one of the rooms with two beds was clearly converted into a bedroom, and light/noise came directly into that bedroom via the open fireplace and frosted glass doors from the adjacent living room and kitchen. However, all in all, we had a great trip and would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Romy’s Place. The layout was well put together. Lots of outdoor activities and relaxing spots on the grounds. Opportunity to meet other people and enjoy the amenities & at the same time the option to stay to yourself. The night lights throughout from the pool to the grounds creates a beautiful ambiance. An area is designated as children’s playground which is perfect for families. This air bnb was really nice in its entirety, with a really thought through concept to ensure guest have a good time. Has everything you need to have a perfect getaway, even complimentary coffee and so much more. You will surely enjoy your stay here. One of the best I have stayed at so far so I will definitely be returning! Book your stay here you will definitely not be dissatisfied or disappointed, that I can assure you.

Hidden gem. Lucky we were able to find it available for the days we wanted. Everything is walkable no need for a rental car. All the restaurants are fantastic. The pool was much fun, spent countless hours there. Walk to the beach about 8 minutes give or take. The neighborhood is really peaceful and quiet. Met a women across the street who’s lives in the area for 55 years. Says a lot. Will be back. Thank you.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! Immaculate throughout and in such a central location with AMAZING views!! These hosts were fantastic! Thank you so much! If you’re looking to stay in Miami, this is the one to book!

Tho location is convenient to local restaurants. The beach is less crowded than other areas which makes for a relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely reserve again if I’m going to be in the area.

My stay was for a solo get away and this space could not have been more perfect. The private outdoor space and beautifully equipped indoor spaces made it easy to safely and comfortably unwind. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Being able to borrow the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made it even easier to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a place to with luxury, comfort and convenience.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Great stay! Perfect location. Spotless condition, felt like home. Smelled and looked clean, canal views were perfect, pool was nice as well. Made for a great vacation! Everything you needed was there. Would book again!

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.
