Holiday rentals with beach access in Lattes

Apartment with feet in the water, very spacious and impeccable. Lots of amenities that are very appreciable... the view is magnificent, the location is great especially with our bikes but the center of Palavas is very close on foot especially by cutting through the beach... Thanks also to Christophe for the little touches to eat and drink. In short, an excellent stay where the good weather was also with us!

Well designed apartment, well-equipped kitchen with essentials, dishwasher, bedroom with very useful wardrobe, a beautiful well appointed terrace with sofa and very cozy cushions, with table for lunch. Charming host with tourist tips and restaurants, and very responsive to questions. A very enjoyable week.

Very nice stay at Isabelle's! In the countryside and near the city, impeccable accommodation, quality renovation, small living room but well-equipped, comfortable bedding Distant passage of the train. You can only hear it when you're on the terrace. Perfect for short stays!

Really perfect stay. Impeccable accommodation and totally as described. Private parking, access to the city center on foot in a few minutes, safety for children, full baby equipment available, ping-pong table, swimming pool, full air conditioning. Everything was perfect! Our host was available, responsive, very attentive! Really ideal for families!!

We were very well received by Melanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The accommodation was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was just in front, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid getting too much sand, that was great. Private parking also. Go and try the restaurant 'Lo Motas' on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

The apartment is amazing!! The direct view of the sea from the living-dining room and from the magnificent balcony is indescribable!! The apartment is ideal for two adults and two children and nicely spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, everything clean and appealing. Many details make the stay very comfortable, like a dishwasher, washing machine, umbrella, shutters, etc. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back!! We spent 3 nights in the apartment with family. The apartment was clean and functional. Ideal location, direct access to the beach from the building. Having a parking space at the foot of the building is a real plus. Thank you and see you soon!

Very nice host, the apartment is well designed, clean, with a nice little terrace. Small downside: mattress quite soft (we both found ourselves falling in the center) and the pillows ultra thin. I would still recommend this listing.
