Holiday rentals with a balcony in Latin America

Aunque estuvimos poco tiempo, el alojamiento de Eugenia fue muy acogedor y útil para lo que necesitábamos. Lo que valoro fue la atención, es muy amable y contesta rapidismo, tambien fue flexible con el horario de check-in hasta el ultimo momento y eso nos ayudo mucho. Recomiendo!

Marysol was INCREDIBLE!!! Extremely responsive, loads of reccomendations, and just overall the best Airbnb host I’ve had so far. She was there to greet us, even was willing to come to the Airbnb and help us when we forgot our keys, and was so accommodating with our luggage. The place is beautiful, clean, and super organized. It had everything we needed and SHE was the best part. Thank you Marysol!

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Todo bien, muy clara las instrucciones, cerca de puntos centricos de Santiago, una muy buena vista, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una muy buena estadia! Recomendado!

Victoria’s spot was a perfect stay as instructions were clear and easy in addition to the place being in the most ideal location. Everything was within walking distance which is what we were looking for given we were working remote. The place is spacious and well decorated and very easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Condado, San Juan, and it was an absolute gem! Perfectly located, this place is a dream for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of San Juan while enjoying a comfortable, well-equipped home base. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cookware to utensils, making it easy to whip up meals when you’re not dining out. The beach essentials provided—towels, chairs, and even a cooler—were a huge plus, as the beach is just a short walk away. The apartment also has reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable. Condado is bustling with life, and you’re surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, from local gems serving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine to upscale dining

Tuve una experiencia increíble en este departamento. Desde el momento en que llegué, me impresionó la calidad y el cuidado en cada detalle del lugar. El departamento estaba impecable, perfectamente equipado y muy bien decorado, lo que lo hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto. Lo que realmente destacó fue la comodidad de la cama, ¡nunca había dormido tan bien en un lugar que no fuera mi casa! Las sábanas de excelente calidad y el colchón muy cómodo. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia relajante, cómoda y de alta calidad. Location, location, location. We loved staying here—we were within walking distance of just about any place we wanted to go. Bonus—the house was large and airy with big beautiful windows that brought some of the outside in. A great spot to lounge and hang when we needed a break from seeing the sights.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

A perfect spot for a large group get away. Plenty of space inside for sleeping arrangements, seating and eating. Outdoor space on 2 levels of deck. Large yard with lake access for fishing. Plenty of parking. House is at the end of a quiet street, very secluded. There are 3 bedrooms and the long dining table downstairs. The 2 bunk rooms, kitchen and smaller dining table upstairs. We would definitely recommend, especially for a larger group that wants to stay together. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful place! The backyard is private and the pool was fabulous. Home had plenty of room to gather and have fun and beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to some great restaurants and Barton Springs.

This is a beautiful, perfect space. It’s well appointed and immaculately clean.

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

We loved the beach house. Great location. The house had everything we needed, but we couldn’t pair our phones to the speaker for some reason but we had our own JBL speaker that we used by the pool. Probably user error on our part. We absolutely enjoyed renting a golf cart and driving a couple blocks to the beach. The pool was a hit with my family and having the outdoor shower was very convenient. Overall we would absolutely rent this cute beach house again.

Great house with amazing views and beach access. Cecilia was so helpful answering questions and making recommendations. Rosie kept the house spotless. We had chefs come in (Daniella and Flor) who made us so many great meals. We walked to town a few times with our kids, which was fun. The only bummer was the amount of sea grass on the beach, but that’s a seasonal thing. Luckily there are plenty of places to go to adventure off to. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy.

The noise was not as bad as some have experienced. Perhaps I was able to get the white noise to work well. I was never bothered by the loud music, but the last Friday my wife said she was aware of it. Our daughter said she never noticed it. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the parade of people on the Malecon and the boats and swimmers that were on the water. I personally liked watching the pelicans diving into the water for their food. To start with the walk to the Romantic zone (the old town) was a bit fatiguing but by the end of the week our walking legs had returned and it wasn't hard at all. This should be taken with the understanding that my 85 year old legs are not as strong as they once were. For elderly people such as us the elevator was a great help. All in all it was a great visit and Patrik and Luz apartment was perfect for the week that we were there. We certainly will be back.

I had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean and had a lovely, modern design that made me feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Initially, I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in one room, but the hosts quickly resolved it, which I appreciated. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great value for money in the bustling Condesa district. The apartment is well situated, within walking distance to both Parque España and Parque México, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Esther was a responsive and helpful host, providing us with a travel cot and high chair for our young child. There is no AC in the apartment, but this didn’t bother us—it cools down at night.

Fernando was such a wonderful host! We were so happy with the apartment, location and attentions Fernando gave us. The apartment was extremely clean , comfortable and located in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again! Fernando was always quick to answer, wry friendly and accommodating. Thank you Fernando for hosting us!

A beautiful place to stay on a quiet road walking distance or a short uber to anything in the historic district. The stairs were a little daunting after a night out on the town but manageable with focused footing lol. Cool decor and amenities if you forget something small. The noise machines are a nice touch too, I love sleeping to a noise machines. Super clean, great location, affordable, very responsive host(s) Balcony was amazing , I will be back!

Estuvimos juntos a mi esposa una semana y muy a gusto en el departamento de Alexander. Tuvimos un percance porque accidentalmente dejamos la puerta bloqueada y tan pronto como pudieron nos lanzaron un cerrajero y se hizo cargo de los gastos. Volveríamos a ir porque nos sentimos muy cómodos allí.

Helen’s place was in a great location and was very comfortable- highly recommend! Great to be able to walk to most places in the neighborhood!
