Holiday rentals with a patio in Lastra a Signa

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay in Florence! We were immediately greeted by Marco who showed us around the Airbnb and offered many other fantastic restaurant and experience recommendations. He continued to be at our disposal our whole stay, and even helped make us dinner reservations, which was very helpful. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony, and was walkable to the rest of the city !!

L' appartamento è situato vicino alle Cascine, 5 Min a piedi dalla Tramvia per il Centro. É piccolo ma ha tutto per sentirsi bene e la posizione é ideale per visitare Firenze. Per noi poi perfetto per il Concerto alla Visarno Arena raggiungibile a piedi. il check era senza complicazioni e Marta molto disponibile a lasciarci fare anche il Checkout tardi, abbiamo apprezzato di non dover lasciare la appartamento subito alle 11.00 ma in pomeriggio...evitando così di stare in città al caldo visto che il nostro bus partiva la sera. Torneremo!

David’s place was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location for walk ability to all the major attractions and “hot” spots. Also very close to the train station which is a very big plus if you are traveling by train. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but David was very responsive and had the issue fixed super fast! He was also very quick to respond if I had concerns or questions! Would stay again!

The accomodation is well maintained, clean and everything was according to the advertisement. A perfect location to explore Florence. However the environment and the apartment itself is very noisy due to thin walls and loud neighbours.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war praktisch und sehr sauber. Gut war der überdachte Parkplatz. Für Unternehmungen braucht man ein Auto, erreocht mit diesem aber gut alle Ziele in der Chianti-Region

Absolutely loved this apartment. Unbelievable views from out deck where you could see the rolling hills all the way to Florence. Super clean throughout, but you'll hardly spend anytime inside with the pool and surrounding wineries. We had a wedding down the road that this location was perfect for, and it only took us about 20 minutes to drive into Florence. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend--their team is super responsive and gave great recommendations. Will be staying there again!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

L'alloggio é incantevole, con tutti i comfort a disposizione per passare un soggiorno memorabile. L'host é stato da subito disponibile e gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste!

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!
