Holiday home rentals in Lasithi

We (father, two children) booked Yanna's house for 9 days in April 2025. Yanna and her husband Yiannis gave us a warm welcome, and check-in was very easy. The house is beautifully situated on a hillside with an east-facing view toward the sunrise. You quickly learn to appreciate breakfast on the patio! The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need, and had comfortable beds. The highlight is certainly the outdoor area, which has been lovingly designed. The old coastal road is below the property, and traffic can be a bit annoying during the day on weekdays. However, it is quiet at night and on the weekends. A car is essential; it's a 10-15-minute drive to Agios Nikolaos (pleanty of restaurants and supermarkets). Yanna can give good tips for restaurants in the area. Cretan hospitality is well known, but Yanna and Yiannis have taken it to the next level!

The apartment is immaculate, inside and out. We were greeted by Stella's kind father who showed us around the property. The kitchen and fridge were stocked with basic pantry items to get us through until we could go to a grocery store. We were celebrating a birthday and in response Stella had a bouquet of flowers and a greeting card set out. Such a sweet and personal touch. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. The washing machine was nice to have, especially with soap and softener readily available. The internet connectivity was fantastic. There is a small grocery store nearby (but the walk is uphill). Restaurants are a bit further. We rented a car so it wasn't a big deal for us. There is also a small beach a short downhill walk from the property. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent. There is also a boat and paddle board rental on site. Overall, our stay at Stella's was amazing. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this property.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Yanna war einfach grossartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, in guten Betten geschlafen, den Ausblick von der schönen Terrasse genossen und unsere Kinder haben auf dem Spielplatz liebend gern gespielt. Yanna war immer freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar, hat uns z.B. auch einen guten Arzt empfohlen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Ps: der Garten mit den blühenden Blumen ist ein Traum

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Benny empfangen und haben uns allgemein sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, kurzer Weg zum Strand, zwei kleine Supermärkte und ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe und mit dem Auto ist es zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst war genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gut geschnitten. Auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten, war Benny gut erreichbar. Falls es mich nochmal nach Kreta verschlägt, komme ich gerne wieder nach Stalida :-)

Vor Ort hat uns eine sehr nette Dame empfangen, die uns tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben hat. Sie war jeden Tag für Fragen und Empfehlungen da und hat sich viel Zeit für die Gäste genommen. Außerdem war die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Am Stand gibt es kostenlose liegen mit Schirmen, an denen wir fast immer für uns waren. Zu Fuß kann man mehrere nette Tavernen direkt am Stand erreichen. Über Claudia haben wir einen Mietwagen gebucht, welchen wir täglich genutzt haben und somit empfehlen würden.

Très chouette séjour chez notre hôte. Sa fille est très disponible par message pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Plage agréable et tranquille (en mi-saison) à 5 minutes en voiture (attention pour se rendre à la plage, la voiture est nécessaire car la route est très escarpée et sinueuse). Nous avons eu une chouette surprise de notre hôte à la fin du séjour. Merci pour ce premier voyage en Crète !

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η περιοχή συνδιάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Προσφέρει ηρεμία και ξεκούραση από τους θορύβους της πόλης. Απολαύσαμε τον καφέ και τα γεύματά μας ατενίζοντας τους καταπράσινους ελαιώνες και το καμπαναριό της Παναγίας, παράλληλα με έναν ατέλειωτο ανοιχτό ορίζοντα . Το περιβάλλον προσφέρεται για περπάτημα και περιηγήσεις στην Κρητική φύση γνωρίζοντας και την πολύτιμη ιστορία και τους αγώνες των κατοίκων της περιοχής. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν γραφικά καφενεία . Οι κάτοικοι της περιοχής είναι φιλόξενοι και πολύ ευγενικοί. Μείναμε κατενθουσιασμένοι, θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα.

Wir, ein Paar ü60, hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Appartement bei Martina und Niko. Beide sind als Gastgeber nicht zu übertreffen: immer freundlich, immer ansprechbar, immer bereit um Tipps zu geben und dabei niemals aufdringlich. Das Appartement war superschön und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Es ist nicht nur wirklich hübsch und liebevoll eingerichet, sondern es ist auch auch wirklich alles da, was man für einen gelungen Aufenthalt benötigt... Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Martina ist ein sehr zugewandter und herzlicher Mensch, der die Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden sehr am Herzen liegt, und die möglich macht, was möglich zu machen ist! Das Dörfchen ist fussläufig prima zu erreichen. Auch der Bäcker und gute Restaurants liegen nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zum Strand ist es etwas mehr... Außerdem lädt die herrliche Umgebung zu Ausflügen ein. Unseren herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit und unsere unbedingte Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Pitsidia

Kann den Aufenthalt hier empfehlen. Man ist mitten im Zentrum, das heißt abends hört man ein bisschen die Live-Musik wenn welche gespielt wird, aber uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört, zumal wir meistens eh mitten im Geschehen waren. Ansonsten hört die Musik im Ort immer gegen ca. Mitternacht auf. Das Airbnb selbst ist eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Die Bilder zeigen genau, was man bekommt, es ist keine Mogelpackung. War mehr als ausreichend, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Meerblick, sehr schönes Apartment, für 4 Leute ausreichend Platz. Sehr netter Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation. Für AirBnB ein verhältnismäßig gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Our Stay here was absolutely beautiful! The beach is very close, there are a lot of nice Restaurants in town and the place is great. The woman who looks after the property, Maria, is extremely sweet and caring. Thank you so much for having us!

This property was lovely!! It had everything we needed, was clean, location was great and communication was excellent. Unfortunately the beaches were too windy for our liking and because we have small children it makes it difficult but that can’t be helped. I do recommend to anyone on this site to always communicate with the host and request exact address link to be sent to you for the directions situation. Definitely recommend this property 😄

Helga hat mich persönlich & herzlich empfangen, hab‘ mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das ist auch den ganzen Aufenthalt so geblieben - sie hat immer gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob ich etwas brauche. Wir hatten schöne Gespräche und amüsante Plaudereien. Das weiß ich sehr zu schätzen, auch, da ich alleine gereist bin. Helga hatte Tipps zu Ausflügen & Restaurants abseits der Touristenmassen, sodass ich ein „persönlicheres‘ Bild von der Insel bekommen habe. Ich glaube, „zu Gast bei Freunden“ trifft es sehr gut! Die Unterkunft - das Loft - ist traumhaft und besser als auf den Fotos! Gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich! Du Terrasse ist einfach der Hammer und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Mit Blick auf Berge und Meer ein kleines Paradies! Und Abendessen mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein - einfach schön. Wer es ruhiger und persönlicher mag, ist hier genau richtig! :) Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμερισμα, καλά διαμορφωμένος σαν χώρος τόσο εσωτερικά όσο και εξωτερικά, με ωραία διακόσμηση. Ιδανική τοποθεσία, με μεγάλη ευκολία στο παρκάρισμα. Η φιλοξενία εξαιρετική, θα ήθελα πολύ να μείνω ξανά εκεί, σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

No words to describe how comfortable we felt during the days that we spent at ‚fotinis house’. The house is amazing, one of the best AirBnb experiences we ever had & Zacharias is the most welcoming person. We recommend 12/10 & we will definitely come back!!! If you are hesitating to book because it’s not “next to the beach”. Please. Don’t fool yourself. Book this place. You can be at the beach in 15mins drive, maximum. But you would miss out on the feeling that you get in this house. Just some highlights: There are multiple spots outside to chill during the morning/day/night with both sun & shadow at all times, very comfortable sleeping atmosphere (the house is made of stone so stays cool during night even if you don’t use the AC throughout), we received the sweetest welcoming fruit basket, recommendations for the area & its very calm overall. Book it :)
