Holiday home rentals in Lasithi

We (father, two children) booked Yanna's house for 9 days in April 2025. Yanna and her husband Yiannis gave us a warm welcome, and check-in was very easy. The house is beautifully situated on a hillside with an east-facing view toward the sunrise. You quickly learn to appreciate breakfast on the patio! The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need, and had comfortable beds. The highlight is certainly the outdoor area, which has been lovingly designed. The old coastal road is below the property, and traffic can be a bit annoying during the day on weekdays. However, it is quiet at night and on the weekends. A car is essential; it's a 10-15-minute drive to Agios Nikolaos (pleanty of restaurants and supermarkets). Yanna can give good tips for restaurants in the area. Cretan hospitality is well known, but Yanna and Yiannis have taken it to the next level!

Great stay for 5 nights with friends. We also had a 2 year old toddler with us, Stella provided a cot and baby chair which was greatly appreciated. Each room has air conditioning and a mosquito repellent plug is provided in each room which was great. The kitchen is well equipped. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely place for stay. We were 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed Yanna’s hospitality. A beautiful view to the sea, lots of toys for our kids, close to beautiful beaches, tavernas, ruins and other sites. Fantastic.

Thank you for your hospitality. The owners helped us with the transfer from the airport and greeted us with wine and homemade cake, it was very nice. The apartment is great, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sandy beach is less than 5 minutes away. Beautiful promenade with lots of shops, restaurants and transport rental. I recommend to visit and have a good holiday!

On site, we were greeted by a very nice lady who gave us great excursion tips. She was there every day for questions and recommendations and took a lot of time for the guests. In addition, the entire facility was very clean and well maintained. At the stand there are free loungers with umbrellas, which we almost always had to ourselves. On foot you can reach several nice taverns right on the stand. We booked a rental car through Claudia, which we used daily and would therefore recommend.

the house was very clean and spacious, they had some wood ready for if you wanted to barbeque. The communication went very good and fast. It was a really good house and pool.

The house was very clean, spacious, very nicely decorated. The area combines mountain and sea. It offers tranquility and rest from the noises of the city. We enjoyed our coffee and meals while gazing at the lush olive groves and the bell tower of Our Lady, alongside an endless open horizon . The environment is ideal for walking and tours of the Cretan nature knowing both the precious history and struggles of the residents of the area. Nearby there are picturesque cafes . The residents of the area are hospitable and very kind. We were delighted, we will definitely be back.

Our stay was more than beautiful and comfortable! We had great communication, very quick and very understanding for a last minute booking! The room is spotless, with details that made it very easy for us and a stone's throw from a very quiet and crystal clear sea front! Mr. Kondylakis, we'll definitely be back! If you want to live in an authentic Greek house - this is the place! Don't expect a house with Modern furniture and state-of-the-art electrical equipment. There are no air conditioners here + there is fresh mountain air. There is no heater here - there is a wood-burning fireplace. He built this house with his own hands for himself and his family. It's a special house - you're going to live in a museum! The landlord responds quickly and efficiently. Part of the experience is the Family history and collection of antiquities.

Our Stay here was absolutely beautiful! The beach is very close, there are a lot of nice Restaurants in town and the place is great. The woman who looks after the property, Maria, is extremely sweet and caring. Thank you so much for having us!

Helga welcomed me personally & warmly, I felt comfortable right away. This remained the case throughout the entire stay - she always asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything. We had nice conversations and amusing chats. I really appreciate that, especially since I was traveling alone. Helga had tips on excursions & restaurants away from the tourist crowds, so I got a "more personal" picture of the island. I think "visiting friends" is a very good description! The accommodation - the loft - is fantastic and better than in the photos! Well equipped, clean and cozy! The terrace is simply amazing and invites you to relax. With a view of the mountains and the sea, a small paradise! And dinner with a view of the sunset with a glass of wine - simply beautiful. If you like it quieter and more personal, you've come to the right place! :) Thanks for the great time!

This property was lovely!! It had everything we needed, was clean, location was great and communication was excellent. Unfortunately the beaches were too windy for our liking and because we have small children it makes it difficult but that can’t be helped. I do recommend to anyone on this site to always communicate with the host and request exact address link to be sent to you for the directions situation. Definitely recommend this property 😄
