Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Las Terrenas

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication was quick and polite, and any questions were resolved without delay. Overall, a very positive experience.

My stay at Joseph’s luxury villa in Las Terrenas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful, elegant space perched above one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen — Playa Bonita, named one of the world’s most beautiful beaches by National Geographic and now I know why! I was visiting with my brother, and we both appreciated how effortlessly the villa accommodated us. With room for up to six adults, it never felt crowded. The wide terrace and infinity pool quickly became our favorite spots, especially at sunset. Every detail has been considered — from the modern kitchen and cozy living room downstairs to the beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms and a shared terrace. Gesnar, the host, was gracious and incredibly responsive. Everything felt intentional — from the peaceful surroundings to the luxurious comfort inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Veronique was super responsive, kind and friendly. I enjoyed the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the action in Las Terrenas. I loved the location where I needed to slow down and enjoy the comfort of like being at home. It had everything needed to serve up great home cooked meals. I only ate out twice during my stay and enjoyed utilizing a quad to explore the town that Veronique had waiting for me upon my arrival. I will definitely stay here again and probably will; same time next year. The home didn’t disappoint and the pics are exactly what was presented. There is a true up of electricity usage at the end which came up to about $10 US for the 9 days of my stay.

Juli studio, simple and peaceful, 15 min walk to the city center. The covered terrace is very pleasant, it is cool. The studio itself is a little damp

Tim’s place is great, it’s a convenient location, with good WiFi, a quick walk to the beach, and super clean.

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

This was the nicest units in the area and provided a warm and welcoming environment. The staff kept the units and surrounding area very clean. We felt safe and enjoyed such a great space and layout. Camila was very responsive and made the check in and check out process very easy. I would highly suggest this location for a future vacation. The pool was very clean and peaceful.

Juan was an absolutely incredible host. His hospitality is unmatched. Very. Lear instructions, lots of amenities, and a very very clean place. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

e had a wonderful weekend stay at the Palmas! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family of five. We felt very happy throughout our visit, and it was a great place to stay with kids. The surrounding area was beautiful and full of great options for dining and exploring. The on-site restaurants had delicious food and excellent service. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the perfect size and atmosphere for them to play and have fun. Our absolute favorite part of the trip was the beach. The water was pristine and calm — ideal for a relaxing family beach day. Having access to chairs, loungers, and an umbrella made everything even better. One of the highlights of the apartment itself was the terrace. It was the perfect spot for dinners and late-night conversations while listening to the sound of the waves. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and beach getaway!

This is probably the best of my experiences on this platform. I can catalog everything as exceptional, from the place, the host (Fabrizio) to the security guards, the people around, everything. Highly recommended, the value for money is amazing.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic! The host, Jose, was incredibly detailed, providing us with all the information we needed for a seamless experience. The condo itself was impeccably clean and the location was perfect. Being right across from the beach was a dream, and we loved being able to walk to numerous bars and restaurants within minutes. Jose was a truly gracious host, always very responsive to any questions we had. We sincerely hope to come back and stay here again soon!

This is my 2nd time staying at Playa Bonita residences and I love it. The property is private, well maintained, and safe. It is very peaceful as well. The neighborhood has a ton of restaurants, activities, and beautiful beaches nearby, although I do recommend renting some form of transportation to get to the center of town. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The patio was a great place to relax with a comfy sofa and nice table setup. We enjoyed having coffee there in the mornings listening to the birds and also found it a great place to eat dinner and unwind from the day at the beach. The hot water worked well and there was drinking water conveniently available. Nidia provided clear instructions and local recommendations to help my my stay very smooth and enjoyable. All of the listed amenities were available as promised. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this property!

10/10. What you see in each photo is what you get. You feel like you've come home. You don't need anything at all, and you realize the owner's touch in making sure everything is well taken care of and in optimal condition. The apartment is in the best area of Las Terrenas. You leave the apartment and you don't have to go anywhere, simply the best place to enjoy such a beautiful landscape. You are 100% safe, the place has well respected rules of coexistence and you disconnect in peace

It's a nice apartment, it's the second time I've stayed there and it's always clean and has everything you need, apart from the fact that it's very well located.

Another Wonderful Stay at Playa Bonita This is not our first time staying at this apartment, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The place is spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located just steps from the beautiful Playa Bonita. The host was attentive, kind, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. My family and I had a fantastic time enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the beach, which remains one of our favorites in the country. We will definitely come back again!
