Beachfront holiday rentals in Las Terrenas

Great location, just steps away from both Playa Bonita (for waves) and Playa Coson (for calm waters). Great layout for indoor/outdoor living with its large covered patio space. We made ample use of the pool, all day and night. AC in the lower bedrooms was quite adequate. We recommend walking down the beach to the Mosquito for a meal and drinks.

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

Amazing stay! The suite was spotless, cozy, and in a perfect location. The host was very friendly and responsive. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Estadia muy agradable, lugar muy tranquilo, relajante, la piscina del residencial es genial. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades tales como agua caliente, aire acondicionado, internet, televisión, cocina a gas y con utensilios para cocinar sin problema. La ubicación es perfecta, solo cruzando la calle para llegar a la playa, un lugar muy recomendable al que regresaría sin dudarlo. Kya, la anfitriona, muy pendiente de todo y siempre disponible para resolver. Muy agradecido con todo, ¡espero regresar pronto!

Excellent séjour a Casa Valentine, villa impeccable et vue à couper le souffle sur la mer Piscine très agréable bien que l'eau soit fraîche mais comme partout en République dominicaine. L'employé de maison Ingrid est aux petits soins et une cuisinière hors pair, vraiment un gros plus qui rend le séjour magique. Je recommande a 1000%

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Alejandro. He was the most helpful, responsive and likable host. His place was just like the photos- just beautiful. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and each room has its own bathroom- a huge plus. The kitchen has more amenities than my own! The only issue was the hot tub heater wasn’t working but Alejandro did everything he could to fix it including drive all the way from Santo Domingo to install a new one! And he still gave us a partial refund- that shows integrity and good business acumen. The grounds are immaculate and we loved the location because it was just a little outside the busy town (which is super noisy). We much preferred to have an ATV (highly recommend) and scoot into town or a neighboring beach when we wanted (definitely visit playa Bonita). We saw much of Las Terrenas via ATV so we had first hand knowledge of what a treasure Alejandro’s place is!

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

This is a beautiful place. It is part of the Sublime Samana hotel. Even though the unit is owned by Alicia and rented through Airbnb, you get to use all the hotel amenities and are treated like a hotel guest. The beach (Playa Coson) is long and beautiful with plenty of waves--great for long walks. The drinks at the beach restaurant are very good, though a little low on alcohol. We found the restaurant food to be excellent despite reading some previous negative reviews. We really enjoyed the gym. When we arrived we were a little disappointed that the unit was not ready for us to cook. It was missing a washclothe/sponge, dishtowel, dish soap, salt, pepper, and oil. We messaged Alicia. She told us to talk to the front desk. They kindly delivered a sponge, dishcloth, and dish soap. The restaurant gave us a little olive oil. We wish there had been a blender.

Fue un fin de semana espectacular! Las atenciones de Ariela en todo momento fue extraordinario! Sin duda alguna volveríamos a hospedarnos con ustedes. El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, nos sentimos en casa, gracias por todo!

Ich fühlte mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Die herzliche Begrüssung und die Erklärungen durch Christiane (Freundin von Tes und Raffaele) schätzte ich sehr. Die Lage der Wohnung war für mich ein grosses Plus. Dass ich nicht direkt im belebten Zentrum sondern ein bisschen ausserhalb wohnte, empfand ich als grossen Pluspunkt. Der Fussmarsch ins Zentrum dauert 10 Minuten, inklusive dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ich liebte es die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einzunehmen. Zur Matratze kann ich nur sagen, perfekt für einen tiefen Schlaf. Der wunderbare Blick in den Garten und das Schwimmbecken erfreute mich jeden Tag. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit ausgezeichnet. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit war für mich okay. Auf all meine Fragen und Anliegen bekam ich innert kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Vielen Dank Tes, Christiane, Raffaele für alles, ihr seid perfekte Gastgeber!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation. Thank you ! The beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful. Plus facilities and all staff staff and communication were great. Very relaxing place and far enough away from noise and distractions while only being about 10 mins from the city and wonderful restaurants. My host - Almudena was a pleasure OUR ONLY real complaint would be NOT staying longer. Will definitely return !! thanks again !! TWO NOTES for foreign travelers like myself - EXCHANGE SOME CURRENCY AT THE AIRPORT or buy something along the way as the guards at the the TOLL booth only accept dominican pesos cash - (as well as this hotel / resort / habitation for cash (or credit cards) which is totally understandable SECONDLY- bug spray - deet or gasoline will help control the mosquito population 🤣🤣We forgot to apply once…. only once. Got tagged fairly badly… Keep the screens closed always- spray around doors.. floors. Be diligent ….re apply after swimming if not in direct SU

Excelente alojamiento, tal cual las fotos publicadas..Cómodo, limpio, todo de primera, los colaboradores del complejo muy atentos y dispuestos. Los anfitriones muy empaticos y pendientes. Sin duda elegiría de nuevo este apartamento para hospedaje de vacaciones.

Villa Anita Isabel was beautiful! We had a great stay, we felt welcomed, safe, and peaceful. The villa was clean, organized, quiet, in safe location, and beautiful inside and out. The host Daniel was super welcoming and nice, provided great instructions and responsive. I will definitely stay at this location again!

La villa es perfecta para un grupo o una familia, es muy cómoda y operativa , está muy cerca de la playa como marca en el anuncio, la playa es muy limpia y tranquila con restaurantes y chiringuitos. El trato y la atención tanto a la entrada como la salida han sido excelentes. La villa está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar y estar cómodo durante la estancia. El señor Claude que es la persona responsable estuvo muy atento a todas nuestras consultas y peticiones y fue muy considerado en nuestras peticiones. Yo vivo en el país hace 23 años viajo mucho a las terrenas y esta vez vine con mis padres y otros familiares de edad avanzada y fue un acierto total el elegir esta villa ya que la distribución está en un solo nivel y todas las habitaciones dan al patio y la piscina lo que permite crear momentos familiares muy agradables. Una propiedad totalmente recomendable 100% Muchas gracias por todo.

Amazing full kitchen! Great flowers on the premises. Warm shared pool. And lovely apartment layout right by one of the best beaches on the island. We are definitely hope to stay in this Airbnb in the future!

We had an amazing time at Tassa’s place in Sublime Samana. The apartment is gorgeous and fully equipped, and the whole property is like a dream, with a beautiful beach just a quick 3-minute walk away. There’s a gym, two pools, and a restaurant on-site, so everything you need is right there. If you’re coming with a car, it’s super easy to get around – just 20 minutes to Las Terrenas. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, ready to assist with anything you need. For lunch, we recommend taking a short walk along the beach (about 12-15 minutes in the direction away from Las Terrenas) to a lovely little beach restaurant with great prices and delicious food. Tassa was an incredible host, always making sure we had everything we needed, from before we arrived, throughout our stay, and even after we left. We recommend her highly!

Villa Malaika Beach was a dream! The home had everything my multi-generational family needed and things we didn’t even knew we wanted for the perfect vacation stay. The home was very clean, rustic ranch aesthetic with beautiful, relaxing decor, pool and jacuzzi were great for both adults and kids. Maya was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, and daily cleaning by Jordania was a much appreciated bonus. We also inquired about her cooking services and she did not disappoint! Beach is about a block away with its own private entrance to glorious Playa Bonita. We had dinner at Casa Grande restaurant AJ’s tried the Mosquito Beach Bar but they only had alcohol. We had a car so did food shopping at La Sirena and checked out the town - all 10-20min away! There was hot water, lots of fans and all working ACs. A few ants/mosquitos but it’s a beach house so not much to be done about that. Kitchen had literally everything you could need. Electricity only $60 running 3 ACs 5nights.

This place is beautiful with all attention to detail. The location is stunning on Playa Coson. The resort is beautifully maintained and manicured. The condo itself is meticulously cleaned and maintained during your stay. My teenagers loved the wrap around balcony to relax in, the air conditioning was perfect after long days in the sunshine and the amenities were perfect for our stay. We LOVED Minerva! Please take advantage of her chef skills! She makes amazing feasts! We were very grateful for her attention and care of us during our stay. When I had a craving for Dominican sweet bread, she went out and found some for us, then prepared a brunch for us instead of simply setting out bread. That level of care is hard to find, but Minerva and Olga provide it! Fabulous time all around!
