Loft holiday rentals in Las Palmas

Great apartment in a great location. Everything provided to make your stay enjoyable and trouble free. El Cotillo is a fantastic place to unwind, plenty of places to eat and drink around the old harbour. I hope the vibe of the town doesn't change with some of the new developments going up. Pino was a lovely host and let me stay beyond the normal check out time which was helpful as my flight home was not till late afternoon. Hope to come back soon!

I stayed at Rome's for a month of total seclusion, piece and quiet. Reme is a fantastic host, kind, personable and very responsive. She attended to my every need all while ensuring full privacy. The place was just what I needed - simple, airy and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Behind the house there is a beautiful walk. Easy access to major attractions by car. The closest supermarket is a 10 minute drive. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come again!

The first thing that you notice in the apartment is the light, there is light coming in from three angles when you spend time in the kitchen/living room. There is also a large balcony with a little lounge group where you can hang out. Closeby (on the other side of the street) you will find the shopping centre, where there is an excellent supermarket. I, as a wingfoiler, particularly appreciated the excellent and very helpful information that I got from Enzo about the surrounding spots. Once when I was locked out Enzo came immediately to help open the door. I can really, really recommend staying in this apartment.

It was a pleasure to spend our vacation at Jonatan's home. The place is equipped with everything you might need from kitchen amenities to beach towel and umbrella. Dogs are nice we had a lot of fun with them as well! Jonatan gave us a very warm welcome. He shared a lot of useful information and recommendations about the area, which helped us a lot. Definitely recommend this place and think we will be back :)

Amazing communication, from detailed photos to find the accommodation to tips and advice on how to have the best time on the island, this listing is very professionally managed. My group thought the accommodation was beautiful and spacious.

Der Appartement war wie beschrieben. Ganz nahe zur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand .Es war sehr ruhig.Vielleicht zu ruhig für Party Leute.Der Bus zum Flughafen ist 5 min zu Fuß.

Wir hatten eine zu kurze aber ganz tolle Zeit im Casa Maracuja. Von Beginn an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und hatten mit Petra eine prima Gastgeberin, die uns noch jede Menge gute Tipps für Restaurants, Cafés und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gab. Die Unterkunft selbst war toll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten die Zeit sehr genießen! :)

We had a great time at gustavos little paradise. Awesome appartement with fully equipped kitchen, super nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed! Thumbs up, we will come again!

Had wonderful holidays here. We originally booked Home2Book but found a huge roach in the kitchen hence booked this place (If you come across with their property, don’t book from them, their response was utterly disgusting, telling us that it’s normal to have roaches due to climate😬). We were glad that we found this place and switched over, this was much closer to a beach and restaurants. Super clean, modern and sleek interior design. Loved the place, the host was friendly too. Highly recommend :)

Die Lage ist gut man kommt von der Unterkunft überall zu Fuß hin der Strand ist in Ordnung nicht das beste der Hafen ist ca 10-15 min zu Fuß entfernt wo man die ganzen Aktivitäten buchen kann Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und Bars Die Wohnung war sauber nur die Lautstärke der Bars und Clubs konnte man durchhören Der Pool und jakuzzi waren super zum entspannen Super Gegend und eine tolle Unterkunft

Siamo stati una settimana io e la mia ragazza e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, la casa era pulita e aveva ogni comfort, ci siamo sentiti da subito a casa. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha dato anche più tempo per il check-out dato che avevamo il volo di ritorno tardi. L’unica pecca è che in casa non circola molta aria essendoci una finestra piccola all’entrata. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

From the first moment, Francesca was very attentive and made the process very easy. Though the check-in is at 15:00, and since our party was arriving early in the morning, she offered the chance of an earlier check-in if the previous guest made the their check-out early so she could arrange the cleaning. Thanks to her initiative, we could make the check-in an hour before, so we were very pleased. She was also supportive and reminded us of the check-out time and, in general, she proved very competent and professional handling their business. The street where the flat is located can be a bit noisy at night, so travelers with light sleep should take that into account. There is a supermarket just next to the location, bars and restaurants nearby and a take away just round the corner. Beach is like a 3 minutes walk straight down the street, and the Parque Santa Catalina at 7 minutes walk right the opposite way.

Very comfortable stay perfect for us as a couple for our 5 day visit to Lanzarote. Arrecife the capital is centrally located the island so it's easy to access other attractions on the island. The apartment is also 5 mins walk away from the beautiful waterfront area where we dined out at on most nights. The apartment looks just like the photos, very spacious, modern, uncluttered and tastefully furnished and designed. Large and clean bathroom. The kitchen is small but has the basic utensils that we needed, mainly for making our own breakfast and teas and coffees. There are a couple of supermarkets 5 mins walk away. Very clear and detailed instructions around self check-in which were helpful. Checking in and out was straightforward. We used the car-parking space which was handy, but a ward of warning that the parking garage is poorly designed with pillars that make it a bit difficult to park, you get used to it but I would recommend if you book this apartment, hire a small car.

I had an amazing time visiting Fuerteventura and staying at Bet's place. Clean and tidy, all you need, great terrace with amazing views, you can see the ocean and sunset, stargazing is bonus. Good restaurants nearby and the Volcan Hondo is around the corner.

Bel appartement, bien situé, avec le balcon qui donne sur la plage de Las Canteras... Idéal pour deux personnes, l’appartement correspond aux photos. A pied depuis la station de Santa Catalina, nous avons mis 10-12 minutes. Victor est très sympathique, merci beaucoup pour l'accueil !

The best place to stay! Alyson was lovely and very helpful! A beautiful AirBnb in a lovely neighbourhood. My friend and I came to Las Palmas to see Quevedo in concert and she helped us organise travel to and from the concert. We had the best time and couldn’t recommend this place enough! The most amazing stay ! Thank you! We will come back! X
