A great place that we will gladly recommend! Carmen welcomed us and explained everything, very nice was the prepared fruit and small purchase. The apartment is located in a health and relax resort, the balcony has a great view of the pool and ocean and also the sunrise. Everything we needed was available in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. The apartment is very sunny and modern, the beds very comfortable. Good spot for excursions. Nice surroundings.

Modern Beach Apartment with Stunning Sea Views!

Our stay was amazing, the best part was of course the view! Beach is downstairs and plenty beaches walks and buses away. Great supermarkets and plenty restaurants right downstairs and had everything we needed in the apartment and more! Really lovely host and super responsive, do not hesitate to book here our stay was perfect ❤️

Seaside Bliss: Spectacular View, Beachfront Haven

We spent 12 nights in apartment 1027 Donana. Having stayed in other apartments in the building this was by far the best. Cleverly refurbished to make use of the space available with full sea views. Truly fabulous. High quality fixtures and fittings. No traffic noise when you are within the apartment. Just the sea. The photos are a true interpretation of the apartment. I would never tire of the views. Nathalie is very responsive and friendly. A bottle of cava was chilling in the ice bucket, milk and water in the fridge. Shops and restaurants a few minutes away. Recommend this apartment 100%. Would happily stay again. One of my happy places. Thanks Nathalie.

Michael & Lucas’s place was truly incredible. It was in a central location with a small supermarket practically next door. We arrived late so asked for local dinner recommendations and Michael sent us a long list of recommendations. Tipsy hammock bar was a great option for cocktails and great food! Michael and Lucas always replied to messages super fast which was really nice and helpful. We got the bus to and from the airport to the apartment and it was €3.50 each way vs the €45 ish in a taxi so would recommend this. The apartment itself is all you need for a stay and has a very large balcony which the pictures don’t do justice! It’s great in the evenings! The pool is also very large and is great for sunbathing! We would both recommend Michael and Lucas’s place to anyone! Thank you!

A bright apartment in an unparalleled exotic setting by the sea

Excellent apparent right next to Los cuchares beach and a short walk along the promenade to the square and all of its wonderful restaurants and bars. The complex is very private, only a few people ever round the pool. We know the area from a previous visit to Costa Teguise and always said we’d stay here if we returned because of the location. It’s close to everything and also west facing, so a great little sun trap both around the pool and balcony and being west facing also shields the famous Lanzarote trade winds if there are any during your stay. Both Tizina and Paola are great hosts and always responsive to anything you need or any questions you have. Both the hospitality of the hosts and its perfect location make this a perfect spot for either a few days away or a longer holiday and we’ll certainly be back as we love the area.

I have been to Costa Teguise many times, this apartment overlooks the beach, with good access, through the gate 40 metres to the beach. The apartment inside was spotless, very well appointed and has literally everything you would need and I mean everything, nice balcony overlooking the pool wich was very clean, a 2 minute walk to all of the local restaurants, bars, the square and shops. The host is a mega host amazing communication before during and after. Taxi airport to the apartment 27 euro. If you like self catering this is the best apartment I have stayed in, highly recommended.
