everything was as described and the location to the beach was perfect

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is beautifully furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. The communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We have always found a good parking space.

Nad is the perfect host. Made everything so easy, she’s warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a great location, super close to everything. Honestly cannot express how great this place and Nad are. Would give more stars if I could

The apartment is located in a very good area, nearby the beach and restaurants. Miguel is a very friendly person, he helped me to find the greatest local viewpoints.

Valentino and Ervin were extremely personable and reacted very quickly and helpfully to any questions we posed. One of them was there to greet us and show us to the apartment on arrival.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Very friendly welcome by Aline in the beautiful house. Actually, you don't need to write much, because everything has already been written in the positive reviews. The tranquility is simply outstanding. Apart from the wind and a few birds, you can't hear anything. From the master bedroom, you can see the sea from the bed. Of the 3 in total, 2 have a sea view and one has a beautiful mountain backdrop. Approximately 8 minutes' walk to the beaches. A car is still a must to explore El Cotillio with its many restaurants and shopping and other beaches in 7 minutes. Overall, it was an unforgettably beautiful vacation with very nice hosts. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We had a great stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and everything necessary was available. Our highlights: The location (you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach shops and restaurants in a few minutes by car, ideal for exploring the south of the island), the view (unobstructed view of the sea and spectacular sunrises - to be observed from the bed) and the unique care by Luca (everything was well organized, quickly accessible for concerns and extremely helpful). All in all a wonderful accommodation, we would book again immediately.

Susi was the most amazing 5* host from the moment we booked. She sent lots of recommendations for things to do and places to see in the run up to our stay and many useful mini videos to help us find the accommodation on arrival day and how to find the beach etc. The Bungalow itself was absolutely stunning, we genuinely could not fault it. The photographs are a very accurate representation of how it looks in real life. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need if you choose to self-cater. The private plunge pool in the courtyard is the jewel in the crown. It is not over looked as all the neighbouring properties are also single story buildings and the high walls provide the ultimate secluded area to enjoy a dip in the pool, which is bathed in sunshine all day round. Susi has thought of everything that you might possibly need whilst staying at her gorgeous bungalow and we highly recommend staying here for a peaceful break away from it all. A superb stay!

Alberto was very helpful

Lovely villa and well set out, loads of room and a fully equiped kitchen. The outside areas are well thought out and there’s plenty for everyone including the kiddies play area out front. Will be popping back later in the year with the kids and grandkids.

Just back from 2 weeks in this apartment. It was me & my husband & was perfect for us. The views from balcony were amazing and we had the sun on balcony all day. We were just a 30 second walk from beach. Some lovely beach bars. Also, about a minute walk from Main Street where there were more restaurants & bars. Apartment was exactly as described & was kept lovely. David couldn’t have been any nicer and was always on hand if we needed anything. Our apt was cleaned after first week, new bedding & towels & hand soap topped up & there was stuff provided for the beach, towels, chairs. The apt it’s self had all what you need, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. David provided water which was amazing. I can’t rate this apt highly enough. We had a fabulous holiday and would deffo return to this place in the future.

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.

What a great house and what a magnificent view of the sea. We had a wonderful holiday at Jazmín's, who always responded quickly and very kindly to all questions. We will be back :-)

We had a lovely stay in Expeditos apartment, it was perfect for us. The views are stunning, we spent most if our time on the balcony when in the apartment. It's a modern apartment, in very good condition that was very clean & tidy. There are 4 cafe/restaurants close by along with a bakery & we can recommend them all.

Beach an promenade right across the street

Susana and Valerio’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was in a superb location - right on the beach with convenient access to the walkway along the beach with many wonderful restaurants. Las Palmas is a charming and safe city with many outdoor cafes and shops. Susana gave us lots of suggestions on places to eat and visit. She and Valerio met us at the apartment on our check-in day which was a huge help. They even helped us park our rental car! The apartment, with its nautical theme, had everything we could need, including a large terrace with spectacular views of the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is cozy, nicely decorated, and newly equipped. It matches the description and photos exactly. There’s an elevator in the building, and the location is great, just a short walk to the beach, with a supermarket and restaurants around the corner. I’d recommend it mostly for couples. We stayed with two kids, and the wall between the bedroom and living room is very thin, you can hear everything. Also, keep in mind that you can’t flush toilet paper due to the narrow pipes in the building.

5 stars and more! While the apartment description in the listing accurately reflects what you'll find in the house, it's more challenging to put the view and location into words. A breathtaking beauty among the waves of the ocean and the barren hills behind. The large patio of the house allows you to enjoy all this, in addition to the beautiful sunsets and the sea air you breathe. You won't want to leave here. The house, in its small size, offers everything you need for a perfect vacation and Isabelle is not just a host... she is the friend you find when you go on vacation and you know you will keep her memory forever in your heart. A single suggestion for guests: we recommend a rental car to get around more easily. Super recommended!

Our experience, like other reviews, was great. We highlight the communication with Bea, who was always very good with immediate answers and solutions to everything. For the parking there is no need to worry, as we always park for free in the area. If I return to Gran Canaria I will certainly stay here again.

We highly recommend the apartment! The location is really excellent: the place itself is pleasantly quiet and not crowded like other places on the island. At the same time, the apartment is very centrally located – a supermarket directly opposite, numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a bakery right in the house, ideal for a cozy breakfast. A large parking space is right in front of the apartment. A small staircase leads to the apartment on the 1st floor. It is just 200 meters slightly downhill to the beach promenade. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, very neat and offers just the right size. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially nice: from the first floor you even have a small sea view on the horizon due to the elevated location. The only small drawback was the very weak water pressure in the shower. Still clear recommendation!
