Hotel holiday rentals in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Literally two minutes from the beach and easy enough to get to the old town by bus from Avenida José Mesa y López - the number 17 bus or ‘guagua’. Great restaurants and cafés nearby. The studio itself was fine for one person. Nice and quiet and with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. I was very comfortable. The staff were great and helped me whenever I needed it. Silvia was the perfect host. Warm, very welcoming and having many great advices for exploring the city and and island. The room and shared bathroom had a lot of space, were clean and modern. A higlight was the cosy roof top terrace with kitchen, perfect for a relaxed start or end of the day. Thank you very much, Silvia!

Mi estancia ha sido perfecta. Todo cerca para moverte por la ciudad sin coche y un plus por viajar con mascota. El apartamento es muy cómodo y sobre todo, muy limpio. Javier ha sido atento en todo momento, muchas gracias. Cuándo venga a Las Palmas buscaré alojamiento aquí.

This is such a great place! I stayed here for two nights and would like to come back again. Lots of hike routes around the area. The dinners and breakfast are delicious and filling. Stuff is very friendly. I would recommend. ❤️

fue una experiencia diferente a cualquier otro hotel , la privacidad y tranquilidad nos hicieron sentir como en casa , los jacuzzis nos encantaron , la atención de la camarera fue súper agradable y atenta. sin duda volveremos en otra ocasión . recomiendo el daiquiri de sandía 🍉 y la pizza sanom en el restaurante , una delicia todo. estamos muy agradecidos.

La ubicación es excelente. Es un verdadero lujo tener una terraza con vistas a la playa. En el apartamento, el ambiente es muy relajado y me he sentido como en casa. Tienen un gato que es un amor. Todo estaba limpísimo, tenia a mi disposición todo en la cocina y en el baño. Repetiré.

We stayed for a week in October, it was our first time visiting Gran Canaria and this hotel turned out to be the perfect place to base our stay. The location was perfect, the old town of Las Palmas is beautiful with lots of restaurants and local bars to enjoy throughout the day as well as just to explore. We were close to the main bus stations which made travelling to/from the airport, the coastal towns to the south and also into the main city for the beach easy. Breakfast everyday was also brilliant, having a choice of 8 options to mix and match and two courses was a real treat. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, it was lovely to see and speak to them everyday. The rooftop terrace was brilliant to spend the day or an afternoon after exploring the town, the honesty bar is a lovely little touch too. The room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was clean and beautifully presented. Couldn’t fault a thing and would happily stay again and would recommend it to others.

Very nice, well-kept area with pretty bungalows. Manuel reacted quickly and a rebooking was no problem. The facility has a relaxed village vibe and is very quiet. But the area is surrounded by some expressways. The walking way is a bit complicated to find (and is to far for walking to the beach or to the center) but there are many ,very easy bus connections... So i enjoyed my trip. High recommended!

Great place where to stay, nice terrace with grill, second entrance from behind with posibility to park your car. Excelent communication with our host.

Antonio es una excelente persona y un gran anfitrión. Es muy amable,siempre está pendiente de lo que uno necesite y está dispuesto a ayudar. Mi esposo estuvo enfermo un día y Antonio,amablemente, le ofreció un caldo casero hecho por su esposa y Paracetamol;eso hizo que mi esposo mejorará rapidámente y pudiéramos seguir con las vacaciones. Viajamos con nuestra hija de 3 años y nos gustó que en la casa había juguetes que ella pudo usar, además llevamos poca ropa para los 8 días que estuvimos y allí pudimos usar la lavadora, detergente y suavizante sin problema. También había toallas, shampoo, gel de ducha, etc., y en la cocina todos los días para el desayuno había fruta disponible de manera gratuita. En general nos sentimos como en casa.Para terminar las vacaciones Antonio nos llevó al aeropuerto de regreso en su coche, por un precio muy cómodo, en comparación con lo que podría cobrar un taxi. Gracias Antonio por su amabilidad!! Seguramente regresaremos:)

This place was genuinely a lovely place to stay, the staff really are the heart of the place and they work hard to keep it clean. The kitchen was busy but nice to mix with others The upstairs terrace is something special if it wasn’t for the clouds every day I wouldn’t have left. The area is 10 minutes from a busy nightlife lots of restaurants shops It’s a safe comfortable happy environment The only downside was the weather It was so blatantly obvious my special place was Anfi del mar beach 91 bus there & back every day was so worth it

La casa está ubicada en una zona muy cómoda, bares, restaurantes, supermercados, parada de autobús... a cinco minutos de la estación de autobuses de San Telmo, la playa a 15 minutos de la casa. Jose Manuel es muy buena persona, sociable y atento, buena compañía. La habitación de la foto parece muy pequeña, en realidad la habitación es mucho más grande, baño y ducha privados. Gracias José Manuel!!! Un saludo!!

Muy amables en todo momento , la llegada fue flexible fuera de los horarios establecidos y como fue informado anteriormente no nos pusieron ningún inconveniente. Un trato de 10 y el alojamiento muy bonito. Lo recomiendo 🫶🏻
