Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Negras

a very comfortable stay. the apartment was very clean and modern. easy check in and communication was great. The addition to access to the pool was great for the late afternoons. would recommend

El apartamento es bonito y tiene una luz y unas vistas espectaculares. Además está perfectamente equipado y decorado con mucho gusto. Un 10 en limpieza. Luis y Antonio estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Nos solucionaron dudas y nos ofrecieron todo tipo de sugerencias. Han sido de gran ayuda. Nos hemos enamorado de la zona y de la casa. Volveremos!

El alojamiento es un 10 sobre 10. En primera línea de playa y con unas vistas increíbles. El piso es muy grande, estaba limpísimo, muy bien equipado (cocina con todo, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, gel y champú). La terraza coge todo el ático y tiene bastante barbacoa. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido en todo momento muy fácil y rápido. La verdad es que no se puede pedir más a un apartamento vacacional.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

We zijn 7 nachten geweest. Het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig en goed onderhouden. Op de kleinste details is gelet. Daniel heeft ons opgewacht en wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Hij is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar en reageert direct op berichten. De locatie is super omdat je aan de buitenkant van de stad zit en enerzijds vrij snel op de snelweg bent en anderzijds op 15 min lopen van het strand zit. De oude binnenstad is ongeveer 35 min lopen. Zoals Daniel in zijn advertentie heeft beschreven, is de inpandige ondergrondse garageplaats, alleen geschikt voor een kleine auto. Wij hebben een Citroën Picasso C4 en deze is te groot. Maar dit is geen probleem omdat er altijd gratis in de wijk kan worden geparkeerd. We hebben de auto altijd aan de overkant van het appartement aan de grote straat kunnen parkeren. We kunnen deze host en locatie ten zeerste aanbevelen en hopen er nog een keer terug te komen. Groet John en Kitty

Hôte réactif et très agréable. Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute et tout c’est passé très facilement. L’appartement correspond totalement à l’annonce, pas de point négatif. Merci à Fernando et Maria.

El apartamento super bien, coincidía en todo momento con lo descrito en el anuncio. Super tranquilo para descansar, y la atención por parte de Gabriel espectacular. Ha sido todo un acierto la casa, volveremos a repetir sin duda.

La casa es muy bonita y con todas las comodidades. Las estancias son amplias y el patio una delicia poder disfrutarlo. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones, el pueblo de Carboneras es muy tranquilo pero tiene bastante ambiente, y los alrededores son fantásticos. No hay que dejar de visitar Agua Amarga y mucho menos el cabo de Gata. Repetiremos

Byt "Casa de Valtravieso" je součástí většího domu se třemi byty. Byt, ve kterém jsme se ubytovali je ve zvýšeném přízemí s velkou terasou na jižní straně a patiem se sezením na severní straně - toto patio přiléhá k ložnici. Byt jsme si pronajali na měsíc (březen 2025). Zvláště vzhledem k termínu mimo hlavní sezonu byla cena za tento pronájem a jeho hodnotu opravdu výhodná. Dům je starší, rekonstruovaný v posledních dvou letech. Antonio je milý člověk, na místě byl i v době, kdy jsme přijeli. Poté jsme se několikrát potkali během našeho pobytu a vždy jsme spolu alespoň chvíli neformálně mluvili. Při našem příjezdu jsem také Antonia požádal, zda nemá starší pracovní stůl pro vytvoření malého pracovního místa pro laptop. Stůl nám poskytnul, to se nám velmi hodilo. Před naším pobytem v interieru nebyl jídelní stůl - v teplejším období se předpokládá, že jíte na terase. Před naším příjezdem Antonio pořídil nový jídelní stůl i do jídelny. Náš pobyt byl super a ubytování určitě doporučujeme!

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.
