The place is very nice, the view is excellent and the pool is a real plan. My family had a really good time.

We had a great time at Erickson's apartment. The development is very quiet, you have the beach right in front and a lot of restaurants next door. The apartment has all the amenities you can expect and is very well maintained. Communication with Erickson has been great, he has answered my questions and made recommendations for us to do during our stay.

Nice lower level condo with huge patio in front with super easy access to the main pool and restaurant. I spent two nights there and enjoyed the super comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment, is very close to all the restaurants and has a nice beach just across the street.

Felt right at home, David is an excellent host and a very cultured artist. The place is astonishing, amazing view in multiple terraces. Can even make a bonfire right down at the beach 👌

This stay was perfect! The space was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The complex itself was also well-maintained, clean, and felt very safe. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The nearby beaches were absolutely beautiful, and the people in the area were incredibly warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

The view from there was breathtakingly beautiful!!!The house was super tidy and clean, we immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace! The rooftop jacuzzi is of course a dream! We were very warmly welcomed by the host, he responded quickly to messages and provided us with tips for excursions! We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back!

Raph and Patricia are charming hosts and very welcoming. The apartment is an outbuilding of their house, which is located below. Access to the property is via a path of about 5 minutes but don't panic, hosts come to welcome you and guide you. The view from the terrace and pool is sublime, besides being private!!! The place is quiet and relaxing. The space is very well equipped, matches the description and photos, can be even better than in photos. We highly recommend a stay at this place!! Thanks again to our hosts for their warm hosting.

The instructions to get to the corresponding apto. were not very clear and the communication was slow before check-in however, good attentions during the stay. The place, its amenities and the environment 10/10. I recommend it, and I would come back on future occasions.

We had a really lovely 3 nights at Jenny and Ariel’s place. We first arrived quite late and they still made sure to welcome us, show us around the place and they even gave us food since we arrived hungry. They also helped us with clear directions to get around, and checked in on us after we left to make sure we got to our next destination ok. We felt right at home and also their dog Galleta is very special. We’d love to go back there anytime! Maraming salamat, Cheena & Tommy

Kesta was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Being able to communicate with her for assistance on site when needed was a plus. Our original apartment had weak wifi signal making it hard to work but we were able to move to a smaller apartment in front which had better signal. Though the location isn't quiet, it isn't in a busy area with excessive noise. We were able to work and take calls comfortably. You do get the occasional power outages but thankfully they didn't last long. Definitely recommend and would return.

I went with my husband and we loved the accommodation. Just as in the photos, everything was clean, organized, comfortable, in general everything was super good. Good location as it is close to everything and at the same time you can rest quietly as the complex is quiet. Very friendly, available every time they were contacted, accessible for any request you have. I would definitely go back. ☺️

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!
