Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Las Colinas, Irving

This was my first time booking with Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dylan was incredibly nice, helpful, and made the entire process so smooth. They responded to all my questions almost immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to their kindness and attentiveness, my first Airbnb stay was nothing short of amazing. I’d definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great stay!

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the space and how helpful the host was. Normally, I have to go back and forth with the host when I'm staying at an Airbnb to deal with some type of issue logistically. Prior to my arrival, this particular host provided detailed, helpful instructions for everything from parking to how to access the rooftop amenities (gym, pool, billiards table). Speaking of the rooftop, the view from there is amazing especially at night. In addition, the location has easy access to the rail that goes straight to either DFW or DAL airport and plenty of restaurants / bars / shops nearby. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful stay. I spent four months here on a business trip, working remotely. The location was excellent; it was quiet, and Asongue was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

This cozy, spotless apartment felt like home from the moment we arrived, bursting with charm. The location is unbeatable! A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Keteyian’s place was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. They were responsive when I got lost and were very patient with all my questions. I would recommend it for a stay in Addison.

I had a wonderful stay, the kitchen was very well stocked, the apartment is spacious and the tvs were a wonderful size. I will definitely stay again in the future.

I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

We had our best time ever at an AirB&B. Amazing atmosphere and beautiful house with a back yard that made us want to stay for ever. You guys were very accommodating and just over all a pleasure to rent from. We truly hope to spend time in this house again!

Place looked exactly like the pictures. The house was also located in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Had all amenities mentioned in the post, plus extra items. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Great for our quick trip to Texas for my husband’s MBA graduation. I loved her place especially my doggies! They had a huge backyard and the fence was properly taking care of. No way for my doggies to go underneath or anything as I always check the parameter before I take them out. I also loved the security her place had with double locks for the back and the front. The bed was nice and comfortable, plenty of towels and very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
