This air bnb was so beautiful, everything we clean, easy and Francia keep wonderful open communication with me! i would definitely recommend this place to anybody, and would love to book this for my next trip here!

Our stay in the Bishop Arts District at Skye's place was more than we expected! Everything was walkable and exactly what we were looking for on our short stay. Highly recommend if it's your first time in Dallas and don't want to drive all over, we enjoyed shopping and fun restaurants/coffee spots. Very unique area and made friends with neighbors and locals!

We had our best time ever at an AirB&B. Amazing atmosphere and beautiful house with a back yard that made us want to stay for ever. You guys were very accommodating and just over all a pleasure to rent from. We truly hope to spend time in this house again!

This house was AMAZING. It is in a great neighborhood and has access to the garage. The beds were comfortable and thr w asher/drier were nice to have. Everything was very clean and homely. We will definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! Though the kitchen could include a little more tools (oven mitts, scissors, more paper towels) and be a little cleaner (needs a good deep clean), as well as replacing some dead light bulbs, it made the perfect low key bachelorette space. The pool is more of a girl pool than a swimming pool but it was perfect for sitting and chatting while cooling off which was exactly what we needed! We got ready here the morning of my wedding and it was simply perfect!

My family of 7 were fortunate enough to be guests at Timothy’s listing and it was superb. Check in and entry was super easy, the home was spotless and fully stocked as advertised. We never had to look very far for the essentials, nor the simplicity’s (coffee, tea, ketchup, etc). The pool was a safe haven from the Texas heat well kept and welcoming. We used the kitchen and living room most; we felt right at home. We loved this listing and hoped to make it one of our favorites to help us enjoy Dallas. Thank you Timothy!!

This space was just what we needed for a weekend getaway! It was close to Bishop Arts and many coffee shops and the apartment itself was just like in the listing. The hosts are extremely proactive in their communication and provide detailed instructions for entry and exit that made checkin a breeze.

I was blown away by the cleanliness of the space and how helpful the host was. Normally, I have to go back and forth with the host when I'm staying at an Airbnb to deal with some type of issue logistically. Prior to my arrival, this particular host provided detailed, helpful instructions for everything from parking to how to access the rooftop amenities (gym, pool, billiards table). Speaking of the rooftop, the view from there is amazing especially at night. In addition, the location has easy access to the rail that goes straight to either DFW or DAL airport and plenty of restaurants / bars / shops nearby. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

We had a lovely stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool and my dog felt right at home in the backyard. Lydia was friendly, welcoming, and eager to give tips on the area. I hope to visit again!!

Nice and quiet location

GMH Getaway provided a great 1st time experience on Airbnb. Even accommodating to a request of mine before booking. The unit is easy to locate and near the trash room as well as the elevator which makes it easy to leave . The area itself is walkable to many restaurants and attractions or even the store (7- Eleven) . The layout is modern and feels welcoming only downside is no Bedroom TV, other than that everything was great and i really appreciated the extra house essentials ! 😎

I had a wonderful experience staying at Ryan's Airbnb! The beautiful decoration throughout the space made it feel inviting and stylish, and the lovely backyard with a pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Additionally, the quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful atmosphere for a restful getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It is a great house that had homely feel to it. It is in a community in which one can walk around safely. House was clean, with all amenities as described including bath supplies. Stairs were comfortable for multiple ups and downs during the day. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back if visiting Irving again.

A small but great place to stay at! the bed was comfortable as was the pull out sofa. The bathroom had plenty of space. The host was incredibly helpful as well when I had made an error in my booking dates, I couldn't recommend her enough!

I stayed at Quang’s place long term and it was a wonderful stay. I didn’t need for anything as the house was fully equipped and just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and I had plenty of space. The desk helped a lot, working from home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and other fun, local cities. Overall, a better than expected stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of Quang’s properties.

We needed a place to stay at the last minute and Christanne came to the rescue. Although she wasn't expecting a rental at such short notice, she came and made sure everything was up to standard. We were in town for a medical procedure and Christanne went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. While we were at the hospital she went by to make sure our grocery order was delivered and even put the groceries away since we didn't have a definite time we would leave the hospital. She was in contact with us all week checking to see how the procedure went and if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.

Great, private place, updated and contemporary. I will definitely be staying here again. I had a very comfortable stay with easy access and a responsive host! Great stay!
