The accommodation is very well renovated, decorated with great taste and offers all the necessary comfort. The view of the port is magnificent, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise nuisance in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people seeking peace and quiet.

The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

Very close to the beach as well as shops, restaurants etc... town center with the big market on Sunday morning 15 minutes' walk. Possibilities to park the car for free nearby and do everything on foot ;) i recommend it. Perfect place for 2 people

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). Our stay at La Baule was perfect! The place was ideal for two people: exactly as pictured, and even better to live 🤩 Marie Claude is an exceptional host, very responsive and warm. I can only recommend this place by the sea, perfect for a wonderful stay in La Baule!

I had a wonderful stay at Erwan's place on Île aux Moines, the view from the apartment is amazing, the large living room is extremely nice and comfortable. Erwan is very responsive and accessible. He was very accommodating for check-in.

We had a great time! The accommodation keeps all its promises and it is very easy to access on foot from the train station. Stéphanie is very responsive and welcomed us very well. I would recommned this property.

Laurence's house is ideally located. The terrace is a real joy when the sun is obviously there (but Laurence can't help it). We had a great weekend and will return with great pleasure. Laurence was very responsive to our requests beforehand, she is a host you can count on.

The house is beautiful and very neatly renovated, the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The location directly on the water even allows direct access to swimming at high tide. We felt very comfortable.
