This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Of course! Here is the revised version with the addition to the environment and the wish to come back: ⸻ The accommodation is in a quiet, idyllic area and is perfect for switching off and relaxing. The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants - a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

The beautiful fox house completely surpassed our expectations. It was spacious, cozy, sparkling clean and a really beautiful place in the middle of nature. Betty & Roberto were super nice and helpful and every morning we were surprised with a delicious breakfast. It was an amazing and unique experience! Thank you for this 🙏🏻

We spent almost three weeks with our 10-month-old daughter in Franco and Gracia's apartment and had a great time there. The house is conveniently located for excursions in the north of Tuscany, but at the same time quiet and peaceful on a mountain in nature; you have a great view and a great garden! The apartment itself is exactly as described in the pictures; cozy, with plenty of space and a really well-equipped kitchen. With your own garden, you have a lot of private space. Franco and his wife were outstanding hosts. Very friendly, helpful and always available. The instructions to reach the apartment were also clear and understandable. The only small disadvantage of the great location on the mountain is that it is difficult to get away from there on foot (especially with a stroller), but you always have to drive by car. Overall, we are absolutely satisfied and can fully recommend this insider tip; we had a great vacation

Beautifully located in nature in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle. Super clean and very well equipped place to stay. Fantastically beautiful garden and great pool. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Giulio and the villa were wonderful. The villa is just gorgeous, very Tuscan and secluded, beautifully located and incredibly peaceful. It was lovely to have a couple of other families around during the week and Giulio was always available either in person or on Whats App. Up in the hills, the stay is no more than 20 minutes in the car to a decent supermarket, and maybe 5 minutes from the local village which had most of the essentials. We visited Siena, San Gimignano, Casole D’elsa and some other places, all easily reachable from the villa. The weather was gorgeous, our daughter loved the on site donkey and horse and cat and any other local animals 😁 We will certainly be back - a wonderful place for a family escape, we might bring friends or family next time too! As we are from tropical Singapore, and my parents are in their 80's, even in mid-May, the stone house was too cold at night (after some rain) for my folks. Nicoletta rushed a kerosene powered space heater to us even on a Saturday, within hours of my message. we congregated mostly on level 2 where the fireplace and kitchen/dining was. however the toilets are on level 3 or ground. so that's a little troublesome for the old folks as they need to climb a flight of stairs. else everything is amazing and authentic. it's like living in a museum or a drand duke's mansion.

We loved staying here! Such kind hosts, a beautiful landscape (even prettier than the pictures), a big pool and a peaceful atmosphere - an amazing experience. Would come back any time. Thanks!

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

This was such an amazing stay! Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay far away from the major cities. Beautiful views from everywhere! Would recommend doing their wine tour on site. It was fun, informative, and delicious! You definitely will need a car to get to this place in addition to restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful week at Lena's place. We felt sooo comfortable. Lena is so sweet, was always available, gave us tips and always asked if everything was okay. The apartment was a dream to be in. We will definitely be back 😍

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Great stay - we enjoyed every moment of it!

We slept two nights in the suite. Our puppy was also traveling with us, as he is welcome at the property. Everything was very clean, perfectly equipped ( also microwave and whole two coffee makers, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer...). Breakfast was rich with lots of great fruit. The property is located just below a smaller church in a small village with idyllic views of the Tuscan landscape. In the late afternoon, we walked to the nearby village of Terricciolo and walked along the beautiful paths between the fields and had an authentic Tuscan idyll experience. Great locations and would recommend a visit!

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.

I had an excellent stay at Tommaso’s place. The house itself is beautiful set within lovely Tuscan countryside, and incredibly peaceful. Tommaso himself was very helpful, even taking me to the villa himself and sourcing a charger I’d forgotten. His family’s restaurant is excellent. I felt really well looked after here and had an excellent time - would love to come back!

It is a very special place. We are grateful for the great time we had there. I don't think we've been there for the last time :)
