Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in L'Aquila

I stayed a couple of days in this lovely little house, a few steps from Ovindoli. House is clean, small and has everything. The owners are really kind , super helpful and always present. I also brought with me my Dobby who 🐕 appreciated the small garden that the house has to offer. The environment was warm, comfortable, and has wifi and netflix account. The coffee maker had a small operating problem, and the owner kindly offered to offer us breakfast at the bar. Really kind. Thank you for everything , we will be back soon. The area is quiet and within walking distance of the center of Ovindoli 😍

The place was great. Spacious with large, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. It had character and was warm and inviting whereas other Airbnbs can feel a bit bland with how minimal they are. The private, secure parking was a huge plus, making everything super convenient.

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it :)

Cozy and nice apartment in a quiet village that could seem almost uninhabited. Great for relaxing days in a part of Abruzzo that always offers great emotions

Really lovely structure. Very clean and cozy, simple but equipped with all comforts. Very cozy living area, with a very comfortable sofa. Very nice and practical kitchen. Excellent cleanliness of the whole house, especially the amenities and the bedroom. Congratulations to the hosts for the kindness and attention in every detail. I highly recommend it.

The house is very nice and we had a good time. The only flaw is that the apartment is located in an old residential area that is now disused (small Switzerland). Having small children, we would have liked to take walks nearby but the entire residential area of small Switzerland is surrounded by railings and we did not find an openable gate except the main one, which overlooks the road, and to get to Tagliacozzo you need the car. The Host has always been quick and kind in their responses

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Beautiful tastefully furnished chalet with priceless foosball that was much better than TV on snow day. Then the fireplace was fantastic. Better than expected. The owners were super helpful and very kind. We will definitely be back.

I found the house in great condition. The accommodation has everything you need and was very clean. Valeria was always responsive in her messages and provided all the necessary directions and information. I highly recommend it.

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

The structure is newly built, modern style and with a breathtaking view. The living area is very large and bright. It was a very positive experience, I can only recommend it. Thanks also to the owner, who is always available.

We rented this location having family within the town. It was a beautiful accommodation as we expected. If you like quiet and peaceful this is the place as Corfinio is a small town up top the mountains with no much to do. La Toya was responsive, helpful and very accommodating and flexible. I appreciated this very much as it made our experience very easy going. Thank you La Toya for accommodating us!

House suitable for short stays, heated, new interiors. Good location. If I had to go back to Ovindoli, I would take it back.

We enjoyed learning all about L’Aquila’s history, especially the earthquakes and the art and history culture.

Delightful apartment A Rocca di Mezzo, 10 minutes from the slopes (specifically Campo Felice, but I also imagine Ovindoli). Wide availability of parking a few steps from the accommodation, very quiet area and warm apartment. Clear and quick host in the provisions. I recommend 10/10

doesn't look like much from the outside but quite nice inside. my only comment is about the small beds in the two-bed room. fine for kids, but not that comfortable (or large) for an adult. and I'm a small adult used to more room so take my words with some salt.

Words are perhaps superfluous. The host, Michela, is one of a kind and one-of-a-kind kindness. Although the apartment is already great in the photos, we were even more surprised than it was cozy and tastefully furnished once we entered. Despite the ample spaces and ornaments, the order and cleanliness were simply perfect. A value in such a central area is to pinch on your cheeks to make sure you're not dreaming. We'll definitely be back

We were delayed arriving but Antonio didn't seem to mind. He met us and showed us all around the apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the snowcapped mountains with easy access to everything you could need. I would 100% recommend this spotless apartment to everyone.

We stayed in Eleonora's apartment for one night. The penthouse is very comfortable and various services can be managed comfortably from the tablet. During the stay we were able to enjoy the sauna, the relaxation area with the salt wall and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas available. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Thoughtfully styled, we really appreciated the Japanese-style living room. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Hospitality and kindness. Clean and tidy house Convenient to reach the ski resorts of Mount Magnola. Attilio and his family are very kind . Really nice view. We'll be back for a summer visit.
