Beautiful villa and very helpful host.

Amazing villa by the riverside - super spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beautiful views of the river from the garden and pool. Having access to a car was a nice inclusion which made getting around much more easy and relaxing. Perfect for a family or small group - would definitely stay here again.

Eric was gracious enough to accommodate my family and I. It had been 44 years since my grandparents had been back in Laos and Eric worked with me to get their dream stay booked in Luang Prabang. Everything is very much hands off, your arrival and departure are handled by Sone (the house manager) and custom breakfast is served daily by the house staff. The night market is about a 7 minute tuk tuk away, I would recommend finding one and grabbing their number to schedule future pick ups and drop offs. The house staff will also wash, dry, iron, and fold your clothes which was a huge plus during our stay. I highly recommend staying here as it was the highlight of our trip so far. Thank you Eric for being a great human being and allowing us to stay at your lovely abode. Lastly, I HIGHLY recommend 1991 Wat Sene Alley Restaurant for the best pho I had in Laos!

We were now in the villa for the second time, it is simply a dream to wake up in the morning and get this picturesque view of the mountains. The pool is really great and big, check in is completely straightforward as there are housekeepers on the property. Thank you for the very enjoyable stay.

It was very nice staying at this place . Definitely worth beyond what we have paid . Easy check in and very clean and comfortable place . What I like more is away from chaotic city center. We absolutely got the two nights pleasant stay . Coffee shops near are so nice. I will choose this place again for myself and recommend to my friends and family .

Most immaculately clean place I've stayed through Airbnb! My wife and I wanted to treat our family to a great in-country vacation, and the stay was such a perfect home base for exploring LP. Spacious, neat, detailed, and overwhelmingly comfortable. I'll be recommending this stay to all of our expat friends who are coming to LP for any length of time. The hosts were on top of things and went the extra length to welcome us and make us feel comfortable, meeting every need and more. So thankful for this hub to venture out from! Impressed with how much attention we got from our hosts, and my family left fully content at the end of a perfect week!

Spring was amazing and very helpful! Our bus never showed up and she called and had a different but to pick us up from the hotel to vientaine with in 10 minutes! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed:)
