Spacious and well located accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a stay class. It's best not to count on cooking because the equipment is basic.

Staying at Eunji's place was a great decision I made. Eunji is very kind, typically Korean hospitality! good standards of business ! The Room n.2 is just fantastic. Great Wi-Fi connection as the router is just outside the room. Spacious Room, lots of sunlight, great bedlinen and very well appointed toiled with great towel towel bath and face towel. All the shower gel and shampoo it is included. There is even a communal fridge outside the room that is shared with 3 rooms. The room and the place in general is very quiet at night. During the afternoon you might hear piano music as there is a study room below where students learn how to play piano but can be also relaxing :) The Air Conditioning works as a treat Eunji was also extremely kind on letting me to leave my luggage during check-in and check-out times and to return back to collect. I really slept so well as the mattress, the duvet, pillow and bed linen are very good quality, clean and with a great scent. Awesome location

Enjoyed my time here. A very good deal for the price. Best thing about it is the location, there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. So you can try something new everyday. It's also pretty close to all the tourist places. The stay in itself was decently comfortable. There was a small issue with the water motor on the first day. But Viengkham addressed it promptly. Would recommend the place to others as well.

It's just a step away from the tourist street Everything is good. It is quiet and peaceful because you can see the temple right in front of the building and you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the tourist street. If you want, it's located within a minute's walk to the main street, so everything is good. There's a 24-hour big convenience store nearby. The common entrance of the building can only come in by pressing the password. There are resident staff at the entrance of the building to help, and laundry service and room cleaning service are also available, so it's really nice. And the entrance to the building is on the side of the boulevard. I don't know it in a country I don't know well. Even in the dark late hours with no street lights You don't have to go to the alley, The host answered my questions about Laos or questions about my trip, so I received a lot of help throughout the trip. I highly recommend it to someone else

The host paid attention to every little detail in her place, which made the trip very satisfying. The apartment is also located next to Parkson mall, so it's very convenient

It was a great place to stay. It was a little disappointing that the water pressure in the kitchen was weak, but I saw the host's heart to kindly solve it.

It was a very clean apartment. You must bring towels, soap, etc. as there are no amenities such as towels and soap.

I really enjoyed my week stay there and the owner (French) was one of the most helpful hosts I ever had. They picked me up from station! Place was well taken care with good amenities. Aircon was life saving haha! I really appreciated the bycicle, you can get to old town maybe in less than 10 min. Unfortunately two things need to be noted before you book. Firstly - there is no glass windows, just mosquitiera+wood. Which makes it super dark all the time there. Helps with heat, but going to sleep and waking up dark is like living in prison cell. As long as you wake up with sunrise and go out you be fine, otherwise it's quite depressing. It's also noisy! I was lucky that during my stay construction nearby was stopped. It only resumed on the last day and it was really loud :( also neighbors are noisy too, with even having loud fights at 1am and you can hear every word. I would still consider staying again, Eric (owner) was super kind and helpful. Just note those things before you stay.

By far the cleanest and most beautiful appartement I stayed in in Asia. The owner is punctual, friendly and very helpful. The appartement is spotless clean with everything in it that you will need. I highly recommend this place!

I guess that its one of the best options in Lyangprobang. This place is absolutely modern, new, cozy and the host is super supportive and friendly. Yes, its not cheap, but its definitely fair price. You will see the river very close, yoy will see the real Laos life abd real people. I appreciate Souphany for everything. It was amazing experience. I work remotely and need good wifi. Wifi is brilliant, super-strong, I was able to have video calls with Africa without any issues. Well, it was very right decision to rent this apartment. Just one note. The pictures you see, this is not one apartment. There are several. Souphany sent me the pictures of my apartment, so everything was absolutely perfect. Souphany, thank you so much

We contacted Danho while driving, shortly before our arrival in the city. Danho answered kindly and was available to unswer to all our questions. When we arrived at the apartment, we were surprised to find that it looks even better than the pictures! The colonial design is impressive - arches, wooden shutters, high ceiling. A huge shower room, which includes a bathtub like in the movies, a shower and two sinks and everything is beautifully designed. The beds are comfortable and inviting. There is a living room in the apartment and a desk. The location is perfect! Close to the night market and an area with excellent restaurants. Highly recommend! I'm sure I'll come back here.

We stayed in a triple room near Luang Prabang, and it exceeded our expectations. Though the entrance was a bit tricky to find (look for the Jasmine sign near Joma Cafe), the rest was perfect. The room was clean, well-furnished, and cozy, with daily housekeeping. The hot and cold water system worked flawlessly, and tea, coffee, and bottled water were refilled daily, adding to the comfort. The location is fantastic—just steps from the night market, making it easy to explore the National Museum, Mount Phousi, and enjoy evening strolls. In the morning, plenty of food stalls and the morning market are nearby. Highly recommend for its convenience, comfort, and value!

We stayed for 12 days, the sanitation was good, and we loved the configuration of the room. Worth recommending
