House holiday rentals in Laos

We had a wonderful stay at Lao Lake House! With a large group (27 people including children) the house and grounds were spacious and allowed us to be together but not be cramped. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Dene communicated with us so well and was accessible and helpful from the beginning to end of our booking. The grounds are beautiful and the setting a quiet and peaceful. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend you booking this place for gatherings with friends, co-workers, and family!

Great host and staff. More than enough free water, snacks, and noodles for us. Very private and very clean place. Would definitely reserve again.

This is a truly stunning villa with the most amazing design in Laos! Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the stylish interior to the coolest guest slippers I’ve ever seen on Airbnb. Highly recommended for anyone who’s used to a high standard of living. The villa is absolutely top-notch!

Beautiful villa located in Donkoi village. We stayed as a group of touring cricketers for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both inside and outside are very spacious. All bedrooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms although the 5th outside bedroom is used by the maid who stays at the property during the stay. The maid is very friendly and did an excellent job at organising our laundry everyday to be ready for the following mornings. She was also on hand to clean and restock the mini bar each day. The host was responsive and helpful throughout and kindly accommodated us with a late checkout free of charge. Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

사장님이 말도 못하게 친절함. 숙소 내부에서 구매할 수 있는 음료, 음식들의 경우에도 한인 마트 다녀오는 교통비 생각하면 가격과 비슷한 수준. 보통 동남아에 상주하는 한인 사장들의 경우 어떻게든 돈을 더 받아내려고 혈안이 되어 있는데 반해, 정말 진심으로 사람냄새나게 잘해주신 사장님이었음.

The house is in a superb location and we walked to all the key sites. The hotel a few doors down (Avani) allows the use of their pool for $10 a day which was super convenient. Potential guests should check when the burning of the rice fields occurs as it was very smoky and smoggy whilst we were there, which made getting good pics of the beauty of Luang Prabang difficult. We got used to it after a couple of days. The place is very big downstairs, although there is not so much natural light. We hired mountain bikes and were able to leave them in use for safety. We spent most of the time in the kitchen area where there are 2 large ceiling fans and floor fan, or upstairs where there is air con - as it is pretty hot in March. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but could see it was equipped to make up meals. Mija was a very helpful host who bought over an over-bed anti-mosquito dome, and a pack of bottled water to start us off. Any queries were answered promptly and helpfully. We had to unfortunately depart early due to the Covid-19 Epidemic. Mija immediately offered us a cash refund in dollars for the remaining day’s. This was very much appreciated given how upset and stressed we were about the situation. Thank you Mija! Hopefully we can return one day !

I present my sincere thanks to Khamkeo and his wife. During my stay, he did whatever he could to make my stay there easy, for example, he went out f his way to help me rent a motorbike, he recommended me those woderful tourist attractions. The room was very functional and all the cooking facilities are provided. There are all the different cooking necessities. The restaurants nearby are also wonderful with the affordable pricises. Last but not least, the whole house is spotlessly clean

Tookta was super helpful from before even checking in up to check out. The listing matched the description and it was an ideal location in Luang Prabang. Big family of 16+ persons, we booked all four of Danou's Apartments. All rooms have different security codes, has own towels, linen, bathroom, toilet, tv, small fridge and aircon. Everything was clean, no smell. etc. linen and towels is changed/provided daily. There is a kettle and tea and coffee provided. No breakfast or kitchen available as it's a private apartment. There are plenty of cafe's around. Location is perfect. 5-10 min walk to basically anything. The river, morning and night markets, restaurants, the palace and phusi hill. Whilst is close to attractions we had no issues with noise either so that's a plus. It's a pleasant stay if you just need a great room to stay without needing the extra things like a pool or breakfast etc. The rooms met our needs, definitely recommend staying here. Our family enjoyed our time in Luang Prabang and staying at Danou's apartments.

Ngoc Linh a été toujours très réactive pour toutes nos questions durant notre séjour. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres et confortables. La climatisation et l'eau chaude de la salle de bain fonctionnaient très bien. les serviettes de bains fournies étaient propres et douces. Le service de lessive inclus était au top. Seulement, l'extérieur était en travaux, cela n'est donc pas comme sur les photos, ce qui est un peu dommage. Mais de manière générale, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le soir, c'était très calme, nous avons pu bien dormir. Nous recommandons vivement Ngoc Linh pour son accueil exceptionnel ☺️

This is a very beautiful yet unique Traditional Laos’ House situated at a very strategic location in the Luang Prabang Old Town, near to many tourists attractions as well as famous Cafe and Restaurants. The owner Ms Panome was very helpful and extremely friendly in every interactions and conversations we have dealt with. The house is clean and the bed is super comfy, we enjoyed our stay here very much. Strongly recommended!
