Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Charming + newly renovated house near the airport

Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Nice quiet room in the courtyard

They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. In just a few steps you can reach the train ( S60 ) , with which you can reach Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bike

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect - close to the city center but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the veranda after long walks around the city. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality — we truly felt at home! Highly recommended, and we would love to come back one day.

Absolute top class : Great view(3rd floor). Great location (subway connection). Very quiet . Everything very clean (almost sterile as in the hospital and a lot of white). Kitchenette sufficiently equipped. The bed takes some getting used to and a little narrow for 2 people.

A very nice apartment, perfect for 2 couples. We felt very comfortable! Everything as described. A very nice and friendly landlady who responds quickly. Although the apartment is not in the middle of the city, the nearest subway station is only 2 minutes away and from there you can get where you want to be very quickly. Also a supermarket is near. All in all, it was a very nice vacation and the accommodation was perfect. We'd love to come back!
