Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”

My accommodation is good for people who are looking for rest and privacy. If guests want to, they don't have to have direct contact with other people. The bungalow is in the front row of the sea and has amazing views. We provide clean towels every 4 days and clean sheets every 7 days. If traveling with children, there is a sofa bed in the living room so that 2 children can sleep comfortably (supplement of 10€ per day for extra child).

Everything for your family is at your fingertips at this centrally-located accommodation. Enjoy your own terrace at the communal garden. Take the stairs to the street below where the boulevard starts, with all its shops and restaurants. Or cross this street to the wonderful beach. All this from your fully furnished apartment that is equipped with all comforts and is located in a quiet apartment complex.

Perfecta ubicación, a 200 m de la mejor playa de la isla (playa de bandera azul, socorristas, sombrillas..). Restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas...Con aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Es mi propio apartamento de vacaciones, que alquilo cuando no voy, por lo que está perfectamente equipado. Ideal parejas o familias con niños

The appartment is in the first floor with private terrace with sea view, sunset and promenade There is a big communal terrace as well in third floor. Its not very used so a good chance to stay there on your own.
