excellent welcome, the owners very friendly, very attentive to the tenants, respond directly to our text messages, inform us about the restaurants around us, a complete folder with all the information about the surroundings. The apartment matches the photos, nothing is missing, the bed is made and very good bedding, the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower... the view from the balcony and the interior: the sea and the sunsets wow... go there without thinking, you will not be disappointed, the proof: we will surely rent again next year.

We had a excellent stay in a beautiful area. Lots of great walks to do. The apartment is consistent with the photos, very well equipped, very well decorated and very quiet. Laurence gives all the indications for a smooth arrival. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

Sandrine's accommodation is very well located, well furnished and tastefully decorated, 2 steps from the beach and the coastal trail. Very convenient private and secure parking space and easily accessible. Comfortable bedding, bedroom that faces the back, so very quiet. The key box is very convenient for self check-in and check-out. A baker just opposite, a convenience store a few steps away, a delicious creperie "La Perrozienne" finally within reach. We did not have the chance to meet Sandrine who seems like a charming person who does everything to make her guests have a good stay by giving plenty of good advice and remains available for any information. You can go there with your eyes closed!!! THANK YOU Sandrine

impeccable accommodation, very clean .plein.pied pleasant as well as the view, we extended our stay by a day...just a small downside the opening of the glass window, very difficult to open...The rest impeccable..

What can I say? We had a very good week. Area is beautiful. The upstairs rental of a beautiful house is very nice (very clean, very bright, very well arranged and equipped) with a sea view. And above all, our host, Samuel, was very welcoming and remains accessible throughout the stay. He does not hesitate to provide many tips (places to see, good addresses...). We recommend it without hesitation.

Very clean accommodation and ideally located near the Trestraou beach. The place in the underground car park is a real plus, it allowed us to keep ourselves without difficulty despite the crowds. Valérie and Laurent are very responsive hosts who were kind enough to provide us with a travel cot for our one-year-old son. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Tregastel is beautiful. Mikael's place is very convenient to be so close to the beach. The area is peaceful and people were friendly. We had such a great time that we wanted to stay longer.

The accommodation is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had problems with the heating but Renand took care of it immediately. We could not find the garage entrance (poor description, does not match the apartment address) and the garage space was very tight and difficult to park. We then preferred to park outside, there were always enough free spaces and these are (except July/August) free!

A really great apartment within 2 minutes walk of a fantastic beach and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our daughters really enjoyed swimming in the on-site pool. We only stayed for two nights on our way through France but would definitely like to return and stay for longer.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

An apartment ideally located for discovering the Perros-Guirec region. The beach is accessible at the foot of the apartment and the pool is very nice when the tide is not to your liking. The terrace with a view to the beach is a real plus! to note that right next door there are 2 very good creperies. Barbara was always responsive and attentive to our requests, especially for our arrival in the apartment.

Home with a great sea view and granite coastline! Very well equipped and clean. Parking space is convenient. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious enough for a week. Restaurants and pool at the foot of the building. And beautiful walking tours within reach. We had a very nice week despite the weather!
