We highly recommend this spacious and perfectly equipped apartment, with private parking. The location is ideal at the start of the most beautiful walks on the pink granite coast and very close to the forum. Great stay!

Very nice comfortable apartment with everything you need, easy to access. We felt at home there right away. Owners available and warm. We had a lovely welcome. This stay was very pleasant in a relaxing environment. If we are back in Brennilis, we will know where to stay next time.

An absolutely perfect stay! Communication with our host was exceptional from start to finish: very responsive, incredibly accommodating and full of thoughtful touches. We really appreciated the flexibility for our arrival and the clarity of the instructions (the key box is a real plus!). A huge thank you for the trust placed in our dog and especially for the wonderful idea of arranging the small terrace for him; it was a really touching attention that made our stay even more enjoyable. Being able to park in the courtyard throughout the stay was also very convenient. The accommodation was very nice, as described, clean and functional, perfect for our getaway. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation and will not hesitate for a second to return if the opportunity arises. Again thank you for this beautiful hospitality!

Beautifully spacious studio apartment in a 17th century building in a green setting, change of scenery guaranteed. Simple decor and furnishings, but nothing is missing. Very clean Very good bed Very good communication with the host before, during and at the end of the stay. Very accommodating because we were able to arrive a little before the legal time. SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION

Very nice location for this functional apartment with sea view. Shops and restaurants are close by and can be reached on foot. Beautiful beach downstairs. We spent 5 relaxing days there even if the sun wasn't always there.

we had a very nice week at this listing. we were 2 + 1 dog. The pooch felt at home, very well flowered and perfectly fenced garden, it was our priority. i recommend this place without hesitation especially if you have a dog. inside, there's nothing we needed. Annick was waiting for us when we arrived and was available if needed. forest 300 meters away to walk the doggie or the sea 2 minutes by car.

Very nice duplex apartment with private access, Spacious, comfortable, and warm. In the heart of the historic center of Lannion, with all the shops within walking distance. Excellent stay spent with family during the holidays, and very well hosted by our hosts.

We had a great time at Yves' place. The week was too short. The house and terrace have exceptional sea views. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden. We recommend this rental and will be sure to return. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The house is very nice both outside and inside. Beautiful environment in the countryside with the small disadvantage of the noise of the 4 lane in the background (but not in the house)

Claire and Nicolas were excellent hosts for our little family and our stay on the pink granite coast. The house offers all amenities for a family stay, we could even play relaxed cricket in the garden. Claire and Nicolas were always available and were able to help us with all matters. The location is perfect for numerous excursions and tours to the beautiful beaches in the area. We would love to come again and recommend the place without restrictions.

Apartment as described, ideally located , just across the beach of Tresmeur. It is very well equipped for a short and long stay (dishwasher, oven...). A big thank you to Sarah for her valuable tips and recommendations for discovering the Region. We will be back for sure; )

Very nice little apartment for a stay, in a secure residence, easy to find, easy to access, the instructions were clear, close to RN12 so quick access to just about anything you want. Nearby shops, restaurants too (Brasserie l o, not less I recommend it, excellent food). A spotless stay for a non-excessive price and responsive host
