House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. Salonenque is part of our Domaine with a total of 5 houses for guests. They are all located around the courtyard but with plenty of privacy. Salonenqque is the only house with a private garden. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests and is on a different level. Between the swimming pool and the houses is a fence for safety. Next to the swimming pool is a large loft that is shared with all guests. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. The Domaine was the first settlement of the village L' Isle sur la Sorgue and is still "above" it. All houses are private for the tenants and will not be shared. The pool is shared, as is the beautiful loft next to it. The washing machine is in a separate room and is shared. There is always someone present. We have a (NL) caretaker couple. A piece of authentic Provence. With beautiful light, plenty of sun and in our neighborhood, little of the bling bling of the Cote d 'Azur can be noticed. Around us, there are many cute old Roman villages and beautiful nature. Our own village is lively all year round, there are always restaurants and terraces open. The coast is an hour away from us, the wine regions are 20/30 minutes away Train and bus are in the village. That is about 20 minutes walk or just over 5 minutes by bike. Bicycles are available for our guests. We are in a rural area, small roads, but only 5 minutes by bike from the village.
