Welcome to this cosy country shelf where you're embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. The yard have horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures, there are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies upon request. Please let us know your requests early.

Träskhuset

The swamp house is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross glued wood and stands on poles in a swamp with the beech forest as the nearest neighbor. In the winter you are surrounded by water, summertime high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking in shared driveway. EV charging available. The house is located about 50 from our own house. Happy child screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Voice vang - simple accommodation for 2-3 people

Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two levels of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn entirely to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, the stairs do not have a handrail. The kitchen has two cooking plates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen items. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable to sleep in. Note towels, sheets and cleaning included!

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Ett ”hide away” för er som vill koppla av och uppleva mellanskånes underbara natur. Ni har tillgång till egen trädgård med uteplats och fin utsikt över åker och äng. Bright, nice apartment with own entrance. Scenic located yet only a few km from road 13 and E 22. Apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove with bunk bed and fully tiled bathroom. On the property, there is a dog, cat, horse, and there is a dog, there Guests are welcome to enjoy most of the garden, with access to outdoor furniture and barbecue, and there is plenty of space for children to play both outside and inside.

Beautiful stuga with welcome breakfast!

Our stuga is located in the heart of Skåne County, South Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad can be reached within one hour. The stuga stands in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be made. There are trips to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy both in summer and winter months.
