Newly built apartment 2024 in Ugglarp

Apartment of 35 sqm that is completely newly built with nice material choices that is located in one of our Halland houses in Småris between Långasand and Ugglarp's sea baths. Outside the door, a popular walking loop passes by that offers both forest, sea and countryside. It is 00 meters to the beach, and there is both sandy beach and stone slabs. There is a large private wooden deck outside the apartment with both morning and evening sun. Next to the accommodation is a lookout with benches to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Lillstugan

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Lilla Stensgård

Enjoy a great stay in this unique home out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. With about 8 km from Falkenberg city center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is scenic in a quiet rural setting. As a guest, you live secluded from the family/landlord's residence with their own entrance where you have access to part of the large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a large selection of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and everything fantastic that Falkenberg has to offer. Warm welcome!

It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Two bedrooms, shower and toilet, new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV. Wifi, patio with barbecue facilities.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as a plot boundary. There is a terrace, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Bikes are included and there are various walking paths nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.
