Beautiful location to rest and relax in Mimizan. Perfect host instructions and communication. The very positive points: autonomous access with the electric gate at all hours. The sheepfold is very well equipped for the kitchen area. The instructions for using the equipment are very clear. No direct contact with other tenants. Quiet & peaceful place. I highly recommend this host and their unusual accommodation!!

The cottage and the entire complex are - as described - a small paradise and very well maintained. The view of the park-like garden and the large lake is fantastic - also from the terrace and the large bedroom. In the fully equipped kitchen, we were able to prepare delicious dishes. It is an optimal terrain if you are looking for peace and relaxation. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend the accommodation.

The accommodation offered by Sébastien is exceptional. It allows you to reconnect with nature while being lulled by the birdsong. Moreover, the work done to restore this building is admirable.

Family reunions in this large cottage for 12 people. It offers very good value for money because it is very well arranged, very clean and quiet in a very beautiful garden on the ground floor. The owners are on the other side of the cottage, discreet but also know how to help when we ask them. Very good welcome and welcome gifts very appreciated. We took advantage of Bazas (10 min), La Réole (25 min) and Lake Clarens (25 min) for swimming with the children. We strongly recommend this cottage.

Elodie and Seb are very welcoming and comfortable by being sociable and caring. The place was great for resting 👍 the pool and the animals made our 13 year old daughters happy. We will keep this address for our next stays in the Landes

We loved our stay at Jean and Agnès's. First of all, a very good welcome, with very nice touches. The small chalet is charming, well-equipped in a beautiful environment. And despite the sometimes capricious weather, we enjoyed the beautiful sheltered terrace every evening, a beautiful surprise even better than in the photos. Our dog Pepito had a blast in the garden. Great stay with friends with as many children as adults. Thanks to a spacious house and each has its own corner. In the photos we saw a very old house with old furniture... Septic but in reality the house has been modernized. ( A photo update would be a plus) The house needs some work nonetheless. The outside is great, children's games, dining area and barbecue.
